Had the best weekend at this property. Grand kids has a blast and was able to see the fireworks from downtown on the porch.

Nice clean place, storm had damaged the screen on porch but didn't ruin our time there for sure. Had a great time &definitely recommend and rent again!

home away from home

This place was perfect for my husband and myself. Its plently capable of accomadating more people as well. The house has everything we needed. The hot tub was great! This wasn't the ritz or anything, but it was quiet and close enough to town that we could get a few ubers. We were also lucky to have a bear cub come visit with us!! 10/10 would recommend for a quick romantic get away but we'll probaby book here again and bring our kids with us next time. The whole basement is dedicated to a fun room of games and pool. Great experience!!

Spring Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Great place to just relax. Only a few things need mentioning. Main TV could not get service. Leak bottom.level bedroom coming out of closet. Kitchen sink drips. Wish Hot Tub was on main level due to leg issues. Definitely will return.

Exceptional Stay

We would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants plenty of things to do without having to leave the convenience of your home. This cabin had so many amenities such as a pool table, arcade, hot tub, WiFi, balcony, deck, covered grill, and cable tv. We have rented a few cabins around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but this cabin was our favorite. Three different bedrooms and baths on three separate floors. We had no issues or problems with anything while we were there. We read the reviews prior to our stay and the owners had corrected every single issue including providing a few essentials. So they obviously care about your stay. We had an exceptional stay and plan on returning to this Cabin next year. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to spend Christmas in Gatlinburg!

Absolutely filthy

Great location and home if you can get past the filth! On the Walls, lamp shades, on dishes, windows, coming out from under the bed dirt and dust was everywhere. We even had other people’s socks and underwear waiting for us in the corner of the bedroom upon arrival. The garbage can was so dirty we washed it ourselves before throwing anything away.

Not a great stay for the price

Let's start off with the doors do it shut or latch properly through out. Kitchen floors buckling, dryer doesn't work, door to balcony where the hot tub is are broke literally broke. Hot tub cover had a big hole. Carpet has burns. House was not clean. Only one pool stick and pool table coming apart. The big bear is gone from outside. Basically owners do not care and house keeper doesn't either. Absolutely no view and the drive way is hard to get in and out of

A Frame Cabin

The pictures of the cabin on line are not a good representation of the actual cabin. It wasn’t the cleanest. Cobwebs and dust on fans. The main TV did not work. There are no blinds on the window above the master bed. The light shining in was harsh when trying to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked but overall, not worth what we paid for. I was disappointed.

ROCKY START

When we arrived to the location. Starting plugging in lights and they stated blinking, we ended up having no heat, no hot water, no hot tub, no Stove, until the next. I am asking that the owners give me a refund of 1 day. I spent approximately 6 hours the evening of our arrival trying to get the electrial working but never succeded. A electrician came the next day so I spent half of that day waiting for them to show. Finally about noon we had full power.

It was fine.

Best part was all the bears! The bedrooms were really nice and the cabin had lots of room. The kids loved the hot tub and the upstairs deck is where we spent a lot of time.. In the bottom room there's a sump pump that goes ALL night long. It made it really hard to sleep. The fireplace didn't work, the pool table had seen better days, and the grill was absolutely disgusting. We were planning on grilling at practically every meal but changed our mind. All the grease from other stays was so built up it was unusable. It was fine, just not great. ALSO I AM NOT A KAREN. I rarely complain, but since you asked....

Great location

The cabin was located in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities to see bears. The drive into downtown Gatlinburg from our unit was less than 10 minutes. Upon entering the driveway after dark, it’s very steep and not well lit so backing in is very difficult but necessary in order to fit in the driveway. The things I noticed but may not bother anyone else is that the landscape is in need of cleaning up. There were broken landscape lights and the bear statue was missing. The gutters very much needed cleaned out and the outside could stand a good power wash. There was a screen missing where the hot tub was and it should have been cleaned better. We drove seven hours to stay and when we arrived there wasn’t any toilet paper. That may not be something that is provided but at least one roll would have been nice until we could have made a trip to the store. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean bath towels which was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay but just not sure it was worth what we paid for it.

Communication fail

We loved the Chalet when we checked in. Upon getting settled we discovered the TVs in all bedroom did not work and the living room fireplace was not operational. Text messaged the property manager and she informed me the TVs were ROKU and we had to use that system, I am unaware of that system which I told her and she never responded. I also asked her if I could check in an hour early which she never responded to. We ended up leaving a day early because the living room was not big enough to accommodate all the people trying to watch tv. The pool table needs some TLC, balls kept getting stuck. I feel we were charged too much for the experience we received. Also, we had homeless people sleeping in a red truck at the end out our driveway.
