Great Location! Heart of Horseshoe Bend-2MM in Lake of the Ozarks.

Kick back and relax in this 3 BR/2BA lake house at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This fun lakeside home is located in a large protected cove between mile marker 2-3 in the heart of Horseshoe Bend in the Four Seasons area.

Want to get wet? We have a private boat dock with swim platform so you can enjoy the water out on the lake or right by the home. The cove is deep and protected so feel free to layout and swim right off the dock. There are two kayaks and a lily pad for your enjoyment. If you want to try boating, there are several boat rentals in the area that can accommodate your needs!

Feel like taking in the outdoors but not getting in the water? No problem, a fully furnished martini deck, sitting deck and a private deck off the master bedroom ensure plenty of outdoor space to relax.
Interested in the night life? We are a short drive from the main strip featuring restaurants such as Neon Taco, Roxy’s, and Tucker Shuckers. Use Uber or Lift to get you back home safety. It’s a great stop for your bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Further Details: At some point you need to sleep so pick out your bedroom. The master has access to a private deck but all have plenty of closet space to store your clothes. After your good nights sleep use the full kitchen to make your group a great breakfast...its the most important meal of the day.

If you feel like spending some quality time inside, the main level floor plan is really open and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is additional sleeping space in the living room with a sleeper sofa. Play cards or board games at the table, or just sit down and watch a movie on TV. The house has WIFI.

If golf is your thing there are 13 fantastic courses within 30 minutes. The Ridge at the Four Seasons is just 3 minutes away (4 star rating 'Places to Play' by Golf Digest.) If you feel like driving, Four Seasons other public course Witches Cove is about 6 minutes.

Shoppers have no fear, the Osage Premium Outlet mall is only 15 minutes away. What you save in gas you can spend at over 110 outlets from stores like Adidas, Banana Republic, BCBG Max Azria, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Coach, Gap Outlet, J.Crew, Nautica, Nike, Nine West, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more.

This place was not cleaned very well. After our stay, they charged us for a comforter stain that was there when we arrived. Both my husband and I noticed and said we should have taken a picture, but neither of us did. When we first arrived, there was not a square of toilet paper in the house. I know to always take stock as I may need to purchase more for our week visit, but was shocked when there wasn’t even a partial roll. I didn’t contact the owner as I was going to the store anyway. The first night, I went to do dishes and the dish washer was disgusting. I did several vinegar washes, still not great but better. The kitchen drain was backing up, there is dripping water in the lower bathroom. The place just needs a lot of TLC and seems to have been neglected. The location is great!! The dock was amazing. Honestly, I was going to let the cleanliness go until they charged for the comforter that was stained before we got there.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a good time - the place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught several good-sized catfish. The kayaks were cool, and they had a lily pad but we had brought our own big raft so we didn't use that. Life jackets are provided which was nice. Used the grill and the fire pit a couple of times. Be prepared for the driveway and the stairs to the dock lol. Overall very nice and we would stay again.

Overall great location and the house fulfilled our needs for the weekend. It has your basic necessities, like hand soap, dish soap, and towels, but they don’t offer shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We brought our own shampoo & conditioner but assumed they had provided basic bath soaps like most rental properties do. The house was also very dusty and not very clean. Food debris left in the sink and the cooler they offer had standing water in it and mold growing so it smelt really bad. Again, great location and on the water, but we spent a lot of time at the house and wished it would’ve been kept up a bit better.

A nice little house that has just what a family needs to get that vacation vibe.
Must be able to handle stairs! Lots to get to the water. The private dock was perfect for the kids in our group to swim and splash. Even on a hot, sunny Father's Day weekend, there was very little boat or even human traffic. Meanwhile, the adults could sit in the shaded Adirondack chairs and stay dry. We didn't bring a boat, but this place had the perfect setup for kayaks and SUPs. This isn't the newest, nicest house on the cove, but it has 3 queen bedrooms with access to both sides of all the beds. TVs in all bedrooms, but we couldn't find the remote for one. The layout has the living room sofa secluded on the lower level from the bedrooms. This made for a semi-private bed for one. The kitchen seemed well equipped. However we would have liked a crock pot. The worst part IMO was the steep driveway and steps. But I think those challenges come with the hilly terrain. Thank you! Would stay again.

Great family time at the lake!
Comfortable home in an awesome cove with a nice swim dock! Loved having use of kayaks, lily pad and floats. Friendly neighbors, lots of fish and plenty of opportunity for fun! Pillows could use to be replaced and just FYI that the parking is one way in/out so you have to back in or out which isn’t super problematic, just good to know.

Overall the house was nice, a few things in the house need some update. The sliding door was pretty hard to open and close. Dock was nice, more reclining lounge chairs would be nice. Quiet cove.

Nice Place to Spend an Ozarks Weekend
The house is nice and as described. It's located near the dam with easy access to downtown Lake Ozark, grocery stores, etc. We had a great time with the exception of one neighbor who gave us a hard time about parking, even though multiple other vehicles were parked in the same manner on the same street. Everything with the house was very good.

Fun weekend away
This property was exactly as it stated in the listing. It was spacious enough for a family of 4 with teenage kids and two of their friends. It was dog friendly and had awesome access to the lake and a nice deck to enjoy. We may have been the first visitors of the season as we did have to clean the deck of cobwebs and leaves. Overall great place in a great location.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! I feel like the house was better than the pictures showed. It was very clean, and welcoming. We loved the easy dock access, and great fishing. It was also easy to dock our boat. The boat ramp was near by and convenient! We will definitely be staying again.

Relaxing stay. Enjoyed seeing deer and other wildlife on the property early in the mornings. The host was extremely responsive in answering questions - top rated. The beds were comfortable and on the top level of the house which was nice when everyone did not get up the same time in the morning. Wish there would have been an automatic ice maker. Also, the driveway was very steep and narrow - our host made arrangements for us to park one vehicle at the top of the hill. Absolutely beautiful, and Celeste was a top rated host.

We share many great memories from years of being here and want others to create their own memories in our rental house. We enjoy boating, swimming, fishing and entertaining while at the lake. We are from the Northern Illinois area but spend time at the lake during the spring, summer and fall. We both have very demanding jobs and enjoy the time to escape from our busy life and the lake provides that for us and our family. Whether you are an avid boater or just enjoy spending time by the water, the lake can be a perfect vacation spot for all.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!!! Whether you are an avid boater, golfer, shopper or just enjoy spending time by the water, renting this house can easily help you accomplish your vacation goals. It's conveniently located 2 MM from the dam which allows easy access to the highway, the shops, golf courses, restaurants and bars. It's nestled back in a quiet cove but has quick access to the main channel allowing you to explore just about anywhere you want to explore on the lake. We have family properties in this area and are very familiar with the location and all that it provides.

What makes this property unique

We have a small private beach area at the house which is rare in this area. It’s great for swimming and for putting in the kayaks.
