Beautiful Oceanwalk 3/2 New Smyrna Beach

Sully’s Sand Dollar is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located across the street from a beautiful Florida beach and only a few miles from historic downtown New Smyrna Beach. There is a large selection of restaurants nearby and lots of local attractions for families and adults alike.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, beautiful views out of the rear of the unit, a walk in closet and a huge bathroom that includes his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk in shower.

Each of the other two bedrooms includes a queen size and a single bed for ample sleeping space. There are also closets in each of the rooms. The second full bath is located adjacent to bedroom 2 with separate hall access as well.

The living room has lots of sitting space and is open to the rear of the unit with views of the wildlife preserve.

Guests have access to the entire condo. There is a screened in patio at the rear that overlooks a wildlife preserve.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare meals and includes microwave, stove, oven, toaster over, Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator with ice maker. Plates, cups and silverware are also included.

There is a large table for meals with seating for 6 as well as two additional stools at the breakfast bar.

Oceanwalk Condos has two clubhouses, each with a pool, hot tub and fitness center. The main clubhouse is located immediately outside the unit’s building and offers an indoor kitchen and communal BBQ grill which is available to guests. It also has a sauna room.

There is a half mile nature trail which begins right behind the building and ends at the far south of the complex.

Beach access is directly across the street via a private entryway. Included with the unit are beach towels and mats, a large rolling cooler, beach chairs, shade umbrella and beach cart. There are also several boogie boards and a wake board, children’s beach toys, several beach games and fishing poles.
