Stroll down for a drink at the local pub, or a coffee at one of the many popular coffee shops in Jindabyne. Walk to the movies or down to the lake for a swim.

- Check in: 4 pm or after / Check out: by 10am.
- Arrivals and/or departures on a public holiday will incur an additional fee of $150.

- All guests regardless of age must be included in the total guest numbers on the booking. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE MORE GUESTS (REGARDLESS OF AGE) OCCUPYING THE PROPERTY YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND AND FULL LOSS OF SECURITY BOND.
- A guest registration/rental agreement is required to be completed in full and returned prior to arrival day including a copy of drivers license and identification.
- The property is on two levels with the main living area, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite all on the upper level. There are approximately 16 stairs to the upper level. Bedrooms 2 and 3, 1 bathroom and laundry are located on the ground level.
- Garage clearance height is 2.1m. If your vehicle cannot fit in the garage you will need to park in the street. There is no parking on the premises outside of the double garage.
- There is no boat or trailer parking on the premises.
- The bedding configuration cannot be changed within 10 days of your arrival. Prior to this if you do not advise the bedding configuration required, the property will be set up as the default configuration. If your booking is made during off peak times and/or is a last minute booking, the bed configuration may not be able to be changed so please check before making payment. In the event where it is possible to be changed, extra charges will apply.
