This comfortable air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is located in a quiet street and is a 3 minute walk from the calm waters of the bay. The house features a master bedroom with en suite bathroom/toilet and a main bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is also a separate second toilet. Hi speed internet is provided together with a smart TV with streaming channels. The property is perfect for families with a selection of toys provided together with a tree swing out back. For those chilly winter nights there is a firebox that warms the entire house and wood is provided. The shady, reticulated gardens are tidy and well maintained and there is plenty of room for 2 - 3 cars and the boat.

2 nights here: great location, walking distance to beach, everything you'd need, neat, clean, nice backyard. Everything worked except I would like to of know about the aircon before we booked. Can only have it set on 24 degrees and has to be turned off by 10pm because of the noise (very noisy). Otherwise fantastic

This b property is ideal for small family group with kids. Everything is offered: excellent t wifi and Netflix, toys,board games, mini table and chairs and bunk beds. There are even kid friendly plates, bowls and cutlery. A great spot and very close to the beach

A average house in a nice location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Bed was not very comfortable. Comforter and it’s cover was very worn out. Good thing we brought our own beddings.

A little gem

A great place for a small family or group of friends. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a holiday stay. Check in was seamless and communication from the host Des was very clear. The location is ideal with the beach a 5 minute walk away and Dunsborough village nearby. We will be back!

We had a pleasant time staying here and Desmond was very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by what they house had on offer. Reverse cycle air con ducted and fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen, and was pretty clean.

The photos do not do this house justice. It is really lovely and looks a lot newer and fresher than in the pictures (I think anyway :) Such a fantastic location for a really beautiful kid friendly beach.

Quaint house, great location

We really enjoyed staying here, the house was great. Had all the amenities we needed plus more. However the house did not seem it had been cleaned, we had to vacuum and wipe benches and having a 4 year old who plays on the floor a lot was an issue. The hot water also ran out very quickly. Having paid a cleaning fee, I feel we should not have had to pay.

Comfortable home in a quiet street

The location was perfect for us. A short drive into the main part of Dunsborough or to the beach, though more active people could’ve walked. I need a wheelchair, so driving was better for us. The home was also perfectly placed for doing day trips into anywhere in the Margaret River Wine Region. We chose to stay in the Dunsborough and Yallingup regions this time around, and enjoyed our 3 days away. The fireplace was fabulous, with ample firewood supplied to keep us warm on the cold winter evenings. The lounge room had 2 comfortable lounges, well set up to watch movies in the evenings. And the smart TV had amply movies to choose from. There was also a DVD player provided. As advertised, there was a stack of games available for those who enjoy them. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The BBQ and outdoor setting looked great, but we didn’t end up using them.

Home away from Home

Excellent holiday rental near Dunsborough. Short walk to dog/kid friendly beach (shallow water) Great playgrounds nearby and shops 5 min drive away. Lots of room for a family. Heavenly powerful shower, lots of toys for kids, shady backyard with kid bikes/scooters etc. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils/glassware/pots etc you could need. Coffee Machine. Ducted heating and cooling was a luxury. Our dog was super happy with his two walks a day to the beach. Only minor downside was no blockout blinds as per previous review above (wasn't really a problem for us as we always have our GROBLINDS with us!) and bed in main bedroom is quite uncomfy (personal preference!) Easy booking and Des is great to deal with. Looking forward to staying again soon.
