In a recent luxury building, on the 1st floor, ideally located about 200 m from the beach and shops, T2 for 2 people, (+ children welcome, maximum 2) composed of:
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- a bathroom with shower and wc
- a living room with daily 140 cm sofa, 42 inch flat screen and kitchen dining area
- 12 m2 terrace with table and armchairs for 4 people, electric blind
- closed private parking space
- air conditioning, elevator
- ADSL
All the furniture is new and of quality, as well as all the accessories. Linen is provided free of charge.
The rental is preferably from Saturday to Saturday, but after agreement of the owner, may be free.
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking only on the sheltered terrace.
Many sea, mountain, sporting activities ... are easily accessible.

Séjour super à Calvi avec ce T2 sans reproches, vraiment idéal pour son emplacement .Proximité immédiate de super marché, la plage ou ce magnifique petit port avec ces restos ainsi que les rues piètonnieres ou on trouve les boutiques de tout genres et pour tout les gouts . La gentillesse de la propriétaire et sa disponibilité .

Séjour à Calvi chez Lorette

Appartement très agréable, bonne superficie, très bien équipé, bien agencé et mobilier de qualité en plus d'être de bon goût. A proximité immédiate à pied du port, du centre ville et de la plage(5mn à pied). D'une propreté irréprochable. Idéal pour visiter Calvi sans besoin de sa voiture qui restera dans le parking de l'immeuble. Très bon accueil de la part de Lorette, charmante, compréhensive et arrangeante dés qu'elle le peut, qui est également très disponible. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour en découvrant Calvi et sa région. Je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour

Super séjour chez Lorette qui nous a accueillis plus tard que prévu à cause d’un petit retard de bateau. Un appartement très équipé, très très bien situé (5 minutes à pied du centre, de la plage, 2 minutes à pied d’un Super U) Appartement dans un immeuble calme, le balcon est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons.

Très agréable séjour à Calvi

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la disponibilité, la grande gentillesse de Mme Gouhier. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un secteur calme et proche du centre ville, inutile de prendre la voiture ! Superbe appartement

Bel appartement, très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, de la gare ou du centre. Au calme avec une vue magnifique. Tout confort, très propre et bien équipé. Avec une propriétaire sympathique et arrangeante cet appartement est parfait pour un séjour à Calvi et en Balagne (superbe région). Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Super séjour

Super acceuil de la propriétaire. L'appart est très bien ,propre, très calme à 5 min à pieds du centre ville . Il a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. La propriétaire est venue jusqu'à l'aéroport nous ramener notre veste oubliée dans l'appartement. Je conseil vivement cette location vous ne serez pas déçus . A great apartment in the lovely town of Calvi. The appartment is very well equipped and comfortable. It is situated a short walk from the town centre and the harbour, marina and beach. The air conditioning when needed was quiet and efficient. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and eat Having the Super U just opposite was great as it saved them tiresome trips in the car to the supermarket, we just walked over when we needed anything. The hand over with Lorette at the start snd end of our stay worked seamlessly. A very enjoyable stay, wish we could have stayed longer

Superbe séjour à Calvi

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Calvi. Un grand merci à Mme Gouhier pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre ville, des commerces et de la plage. Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque, c’est parfait. Nous avons également bien apprécié la climatisation ce qui nous a permis de passer des nuits agréables. La terrasse est bien grande et fonctionnelle avec un beau salon de jardin. La résidence est calme et le parking privé un plus bien pratique. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans ce bel appartement et espérons pouvoir y revenir lors d’un nouveau séjour à Calvi. Salutations d’Alsace!!

Modern, well equipped apartment conveniently close to beach, harbour, town centre and supermarket Easy, secure parking included and a great welcome. There were just two of us staying so plenty of room. The air conditioning was very effective and having the washing machine was very handy Very much recommended for a stay in Calvi

Perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet, was in einem Haushalt benötigt wird. Die Lage ist zentral, die Altstadt und der Hafen sind in 7 min zu Fuss erreichbar, der Strand in 3 min. Der Ausblick bietet neben Meer und Bergen Interessantes rund um einen Gewerbehof mit Autoservice.
