LOFT APARTMENT: This large 130m² New York style 3 bedroom loft apartment features modern designer furniture and is situated opposite the beautiful Glebe Park. It includes an open plan kitchen, and a large dining space that can sit up to 8 adults, and large living space.
Coffee, tea, sugar and some basic cooking ingredients are provided.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY: The kitchen is equipped for self catering, with a range of cooking utensils, a pod coffee machine, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, kettle, and sandwich press.
There is an European laundry, featuring a washing machine, dryer and iron. Washing powder is provided.
DINING AND LIVING AREAS: This spacious area contains a dining area that can seat up to 8 guests. The living area features a sleek leather couch and a stunning 65" UHD TV with Netflix and Youtube Premium. You can play your own content with our supplied HDMI cable, and stream content via a Chromecast. You can relax after a long day in our reclining massage chair, and get advice from the Google Assistant in the living room.
We provide board games, books and an Xbox series S, with 2 controllers and access to games via our Xbox game pass subscription.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are equipped with comfy pocket spring mattresses, side lamps, phone chargers & spare outlets for each bedside, and a Google Assistant smart clock: "Hey Google, wake me up at 7am" or "Hey Google, play ocean sounds".
Please note that as this is a loft apartment, the master bedroom is open to the living area. The master bedroom has an ensuite. The other two bedrooms are not opened to the living area. Bathrooms include showers, toilets, sinks, hair dryers and toiletries.
There is one king bed and two queen beds. If you need an additional bed, please let us know as we can provide a queen air mattress and linen for an additional $60. The air mattress will be set up in the living room downstairs.
NO PARTIES PLEASE: Please be considerate of noise as we would like to stay friends with our lovely neighbours.
FREE PARKING: The cost includes a single undercover parking space for the duration of your stay. An additional space may be available for a fee of $20/day.
CHILDREN: We're happy to accommodate children in this apartment, but please note that there are stairs and glass furniture in the apartment which may not be suitable for certain ages. We're happy to provide a highchair, portacot ($20 for the duration of your stay) and some toys for the duration of your stay in our apartment - just let us know.
NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke.
You will have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay, as well as access to the shared gym, BBQ facilities and the seasonal swimming pool and spa.
The building is protected by restricted intercom.
THINGS TO NOTE:
This is a two story loft apartment located on the ground floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all located upstairs and accessed via a flight of stairs. The master bedroom has open access over a shorter wall so that you can overlook the living areas below and will be subject to any noise made in the living room (and vice versa).
For the comfort of future guests, we do not accept any smokers or smoking on premises.
The apartment has electric blinds. Remotes for each blind is next to the blind. Please ensure that the main living room blinds are up before opening the sliding doors to the patio otherwise the blind can damage the wall.
CONSTRUCTION WORK:
There is ongoing construction work around the apartment complex. There may be the potential for some noise between 7am and 3pm. This should hopefully have minimal impact on your stay due to the location of our apartment on the ground floor.
