My wife, daughters and I are happy to share our newly built home with you and look forward to having you stay at our new home with your families. We have made great memories over the years in Parker and are happy to see other families do the same. Your home is perfect for year round vacations and the views are breathe taking of the surrounding canyons and just yards away from the water. House is stocked with everything you will need for your stay and have access to the private beach and launch ramp area directly across the street, There is private cabanas, BBQ's, horse shoe pits, playground and large green for the kids and furry friends to play . We have been host for years and this is our 2nd home in Parker and have a great 5-STAR rating for all our guest. The house also has plenty of parking for all cars, boats, rzr's, trailers etc. Look forward to hosting your stay and know you will love our house and its amenities making this home yours for years to come.

Great place. However too kuch airfreshners in the house. 5 glade plugins. Horrible headach and allegies made for rough couple nights to air out the place. Masterbed stiff foam mmattr3ss

Winter Get Away

A great rental in Parker, AZ, near Lake Havasu. Very nice, clean, roomy. Real grass for puppies & lots of streaming TV. Quite area.

Cute/Comfy!

This home is a bit off the beaten path (10-15 minutes from Parker Strip, the casino, groceries/gas) but the trade-off is a quiet, peaceful location! The home is also very well-equipped and comfy. Would be good for a family, or couples. Cute backyard with lots to do. Big front deck that would have been fun to hang out on, had weather been a bit warmer. Plenty of parking (it looked like - we just had a car) for trucks/trailers. All in all, great place to stay and get a feel for the area!

Great stay for the price

We were simply looking for a place to stay for a nearby family event. We did not take advantage of the boating and river ammenities but they were definitly there. No river view but the mountains are beautiful. We all know that you get what you pay for and this rental was priced accordingly. It was not fancy or lavish but I would stay there again.

Good spot for what we needed

Nice home for a weekend stay and owner was friendly. Parking is not great, especially for a trailer. House cleaner was still there an hour after we were supposed to check in so we waited outside...leading to a noticeably hurried effort inside. Trash cans located right by the front porch were jam packed and overflowed onto the ground when we arrived and they smelled horrible. Would stay again but will remind owner which day we will arrive so it is ready on time.

An Enjoyable Place!

This is a great rental. The property was clean, the decor was pleasant, the home was well stocked (including comfortable beds and bedding with plenty of hot water and shower pressure!). The host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to rent again. We spent time on the river, at the park area, off-road exploring, and visiting Lake Havasu/London Bridge area.

loved this little oasis!

we have a 6 month old so i was worried about noise, it was so peaceful, clean! the most cute decor . you could tell they take pride to every little detail ! tvs in each room! kitchen equiped with everything ! we just loved it so much we cant wait to come back ❤️

Everything was great. My only complaint would be that the photos are a little misleading because the water is across the highway not on the same side of the street as the home. But overall would do it again! Thank you

Great place..very quiet at night. Close to Parker and Lake Havasu.. Me, my sister and her family rented for a weekend getaway. Only thing we encountered here was that there was a lot of white dog hair all over everything.. Also faucet in Master Bath didn't work well. Seemed to be clogged. Orh

Nice little getaway

This was a cute little 3 bedroom house with a private beach right across the highway. The area didn't have signal until we connected to wifi so just be sure to save the check in /wifi info before you get there. It had everything we needed to cook a meal as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash stocked. Ceiling fans in every room along with the a/c kept it nice and cool too. The air hockey was definitely a fun touch!

Perfect house for family river trip!

This house accommodated our family with everything we needed for a fun family and friends get-together at the river. Good parking for truck with Sea Doo trailer plus two other vehicles. Kids loved the pool table/air hockey; we all enjoyed the large deck for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, and dining; I walked 1/2 mile to the private river access/dock each morning, and we prepared many meals. The quiet, upriver location was perfect for us, with beautiful mountain views and lots of opens space, and easy proximity to Buckskin, Roadrunner, Fox's, and Havasu Springs. Chris was quick to respond to any questions I had.
