Marco Island is renowned for its beautiful beaches, and the Sands of Marco is a private community renowned for its many activities and amenities. This 2nd floor, 1,100 square foot condo sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen, and two bathrooms.

See the picture of the palm tree-lined paths beneath bright blue skies, the picture that looks so scenic it belongs on a postcard? That’s the view you’ll have every time you step onto your spacious balcony. The glass breakfast table makes this the ideal setting for morning coffee, afternoon reading, sunset cocktails, and any other time you feel like sitting back and enjoying the fragrant breezes as you look out on the lush green gardens.

You can see the path leading to the heated pool where you’ll take a refreshing swim in the sparkling water then use one of the gas grills to cook up a poolside barbeque. Later on, you’ll luxuriate in the hot tub watching the setting sun paint the sky bright orange.

Another garden path takes you to the newly resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts.

After a day in the tropics, the white-tiled interior makes the perfect retreat. Vases of tropical flowers throughout the unit enhance the feeling of Island-style tranquility as you relax on cozy furnishings and enjoy a show on the big screen television.

The summer kitchen comes fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware. The pass-through wall makes it easy to serve meals on the glass dining room table or hand out a tray of tropical beverages to sip on the balcony.

The cozy bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space. The sliding glass doors open up to the balcony so you can fall asleep to soothing ocean trade winds.

The unit offers comfort-enhancing amenities including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, bicycles and a washer and dryer. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrella. These will come in handy since you’re only a brief walk from the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

Another short walk takes you to some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi by KJ.
