Lovely Lake Hamilton Condo
Enjoyed a great getaway on Lake Hamilton in this fabulous condo, which had very nice waterfront views. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had 2 balconies facing the lake. Also located within easy access to Hot Springs and the local attractions. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely Condo
The condo is nice and has beautiful views. Very roomy. Great location. The pool and hot tub were open. The only negative we had was that the check-in instructions for unit number were not included in the welcome message and there needed to be more directions for finding the specific building in the welcome message. The beds were very uncomfortable, but it was overlooked. We will probably book again in the future.

Lake Hamilton Family Vacation
The condo is in an ideal location with easy access to restaurants, marina, and grocery stores. The place was pretty clean but I found several dishes/utensils in the kitchen that had were dirty and had to be washed before use. In the current COVID state of affairs I found this unacceptable. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms but the lack of curtains in the master made it impossible to sleep past 7am because of all the bright light. Bathrooms were fairly well stocked but at this price point I expected more [no bath mats or body soap]. The iron is in desperate need of replacing it is rusted so if you need to iron anything bring your own. We did not use the patio much because of the heat but it had a grill and seating. Very quiet and clean pool and neighborhood. Might stay again in the complex but look for a different unit. Janet the manager was very responsive and helpful.

Owner of unprofessional and rude on the phone
Spoke with the owner about items that are dented upon arrival was the door it was very noticeable that the door to the bedroom had a big dent as we noticed right off but we did not have time to inspect the entire property as we had things planned out in the city Later on in the week we noticed other things such as the uncleanliness of the unit. Later on a few night later late in the night the toilet tissue roll just fell off the wall when I pulled the tissue off the roll obviously it was loose and not attached well and then on another occasion the towel rack in the same bathroom just fell off into the tub while as I was getting ready to bathe my 2 year old in the tub thankfully it didn’t hit her in the head as it was just above the tub. There were other things such as a hole in the screen on the patio. When I contacted the owners she said I was responsible for those things and she was screaming over the phone. I have use VRBO many times and never experienced this type of unprofessional Behavior. I was calling to let her know of the things in the bathroom as stated. If it was secure to the wall it wouldn’t have fallen as there was no damage to the wall. I have pictures of everything as she was accusing us for things that she should’ve known needed fixing before we arrive. She was telling me I should let her know as soon as I saw those things (well I was on vacation) I told her I let her know as soon as I could and it was not my responsibility to make sure it was right before we arrived it was hers.

From the time we arrived until we left it was wonderful. Beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning watching the boats. The location was perfect!

See some fall color
The condo was just as advertised. The layout was great, not the usual shotgun style, seemed very spacious. We have stayed near the historic district in the past and wanted the serenity of Lake Hamilton. The location was perfect, close to town but away from the commotion. Shannon, the owner, was very gracious and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked with kitchenware. Lovely getaway.

Beautifully decorated condo overlooking the lake! Great location away from busy downtown Hot Springs yet just minutes away from all the action. No contact easy check-in/check-out process. Owner was just a quick text away for any questions. The condo was immaculate and the beds were comfy! Would stay here again!
