About this property

Take a Peek at a fabulous unit.

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Relaxation

Great Location, Great Host

This was the perfect location for a mid-August getaway. The beach is beautiful and the condo has perfect views. While housed in an older building, the condo itself is updated and modern. Jim is a conscientious host who provides excellent communication and recommendations for how to enjoy the area. He responds to questions quickly. We do have a minor quibble with the choice of "daylight" bulbs (rather than soft white) in many of the lighting fixtures. This tends to give an otherwise beautiful condo a bit of an institutional feel. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better.

Nothing short of amazing

Communication with owner is top notch! Condo is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous views, easy access to so many cities. Beach is amazing…tons of chairs, beach toys, space(even on a “busy” Saturday). You absolutely can’t go wrong renting this condo!

Perfect Stay

This is an exceptional property, exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, beautiful ocean sunset view, and well-decorated. The unit was spotless and the check in/ out process could not have been easier. The owner, Jim, is very responsive and provides the most thorough unit instructions and guide to the at I have ever seen. Our stay was a 10/10 and we look forward to staying at Jim’s properties in the future.

Beautiful place

If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind look no further than Longboat Key. Unit 202 was as advertised, beach view was beautiful and best sunsets you will ever see. Jim made the process seamless and only a text away if you have any issues which we did not. Recommend 10/10. Go enjoy!!

Perfection

The location to begin with is perfect. You can travel to Siesta Key or Sarasota which is approximately 20 minutes either way. The beach off this location is clean and not packed at all. The water is clear and sand is white and clean. Now to the facility. Check in a breeze. The owner/manager is an amazing individual that only wants you to be comfortable and taken care of. It is spotless and you cannot need for anything. Kitchen has everything you need and access is steps to the beach/ocean. Beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very sound, meaning quiet. Many restaurants nearby and traffic was minimal in this location. We will be definitely be back.

Loved Our Vacation!

Wow! From the time we booked til our last day, Jim was right on top of things! We had an amazing week with beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets every night! This is the perfect location on this stretch of the Island. Our favorite places to eat that we loved are Star Fish Company in Cortez. Dry Dock Waterfront Grill, Miguel’s in Sarasota and The Blue Marlin in Bradenton Beach. We will definitely be coming back! Jim was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! Very quick response to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay to the max and thank you to Jim for sharing your sweet condo on the beach! It was a wonderful time! We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Unit was wonderful. Clean and well appointed. Balcony had comfortable patio seating and the view was outstanding. Beach was gorgeous and just steps away. The resort is immaculate and well maintained. Jim (our host) was a great communicator and made sure our checkin, stay, and checkout were seamless and enjoyable. We had a great time and already booked for next year. Highly recommend!

What an amazing slice of heaven. My husband and I and my daughter had one of the best vacations ! The property was perfectly located on the beach and near many wonderful restaurants. Priceless view!

We had a wonderful week in this quiet, pristine condo overlooking the gulf. Our very favorite, part of the vacation was sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, while reading a good juicy book.

A Fabulous Christmas in Longboat Key

My husband and I stayed at this property for a Christmas getaway. It was perfect! Jim was so good about reaching out with information. Check-in was quick and easy. The condo was comfortable and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked and the view was to die for. The complex is small and very well-kept. This is somewhere we would stay again. There are a few restaurants that are close, and the Publix is wonderful and right down the street. What a treat to stay in this great condo!!

Beautiful sunsets

The condo is tastefully decorated but the most beautiful thing is the view. We saw gorgeous sunsets. We were looking for a place to just walk right out to the beach and this was it.

Beautiful Location, Super Communicative Manager

We were in town for just 2 nights for a wedding. We were able to get in some beach time as well as enjoy time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The unit itself if very nicely done. It is comfortable and was perfect for my wife and me. The property manager is a super communicator and excellent with information about the property as well as the area. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

I nice reset for a getaway.

The communication was on point from the time I book to even check out. When things changed he was very open with each step. I used this property for a 3 day weekend to get out the rat race of managing 3 centers. He was helpful with places to go nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Peaceful Escape

A peaceful and comfortable place to stay for a long weekend. The property is on a private beach and so quiet. We at most saw 8 people the entire time! The listing is accurate and communication with the owner is above and beyond! I would definitely stay again when returning to the area. We enjoyed making most meals in the condo and dining out just 2 nights. I highly recommend La Norma (about 3 minute drive on Longboat Key) and Drift Kitchen (15 minute drive on Lido Key).

Fantastic - 1 Day After Hurricane Idalia

Jim was the most attentive host!! He gave us up to the minute updates of the hurricane and status of Longboat Key. We were able to check in to his spotless unit on Thursday morning within 12 hours of the opening of the bridges to Longboat Key following Hurricane Idalia which hit the day before! It was hard to tell a major storm had just rolled through. Even St Armand’s Circle which had been closed and flooded on Wednesday was up and running by mid day Thursday! Fantastic time all around and Jim had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and activities and was incredibly attentive!! The unit was beautiful, clean, and just like the photos!

Girls getaway

It was awesome. We were allowed to check in a few hours early… the place was nice and clean.. And just steps away from the beach which was awesome! The beach was so beautiful and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay here again!
