Great Beach Condominium all on the first floor. Three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Large living room with dining room and separate kitchen. So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good workout in the exercise room that overlooks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always good, or have some oysters at Half Shell. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. Kayak, see a play or just read a book; there are great restaurants, art, and plays. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, beach, and Pier.

The condo is on the Ground floor. Includes Wireless Internet and streaming only.

To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.

Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. No exceptions will be made for any part of this policy.

Great Condo

This unit was perfect for our family getaway. The complex was very well maintained and quiet. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Walkable to the pier and shops. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

January on St. Simons Island

We enjoyed the condo, the community, and the location. Love that it was pet friendly. Area felt safe, even at night walking the dog.Kitchen sink needs replaced or repaired as there is rust on the front of it. There are other small easy to fix repairs that could be done. We stayed here a month, and the closets had a bunch or storage stuff in them like lamps, paint cans, baskets, household decorations, etc. Would have been beneficial to use this storage for our things. There was a snow/ice storm, and we were without power for 12 hours. Management kept us updated during that event. We did enjoy our stay here. Thank you.

Just what we were looking for!

A great stay in a nice condo in one of our favorite complexes! Nicely equipped, though would have been helpful to know there were plenty of beach towels and chairs to use on site. We would have left ours at home. Appreciate that it is pet friendly— but clean. Will rent again!

We had a very nice visit in this condo. It was nice to be able to walk to the area with shops, restaurants, and the pier. We had five guests and were all very comfortable.

Home away from home

We travel to St. Simon yearly and we never have a bad experience. The condo was nice and loved how close it was to the pier and our fave restaurant (Mullet Bay). Thank you for the easy self check-in and instructions for the property. The tenants that live their were a wonderful bonus such nice ppl. We heart St. Simon Island 🏝️

Quick trip to St Simons

We were only in town for the weekend so this was a good spot for the 5 of us. Very convenient to the pier, shopping and great restaurants. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool or any of the community amenities. They have a coffee maker and a Kurig in the kitchen - it would have nice to have some coffee provided as well - just an extra touch. A nice place!

Located on the first floor, we had to hope for residents on the second floor to be quiet at night. A building constructed in the 80's with limited noise cancellation between ceiling and floor.

Bed and couch were just okay. No recliner or rocker. Master shower spray was not adjustable and was so powerful we couldn’t use it. I was very clean and well equipped.

The air vents system needs to be cleaned.

My entire family sneezed constantly when we were in the house. I’ve been working in town for last seven months and have never had a problem with allergies until staying in that condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was very, very clean. It was conveniently located near one of the pools on site and the tennis courts. One of the nights, it rained, but the kids still wanted to go in the pool. I was able to sit at the pool in a covered room that opens out to the pool so that I could still see them. The location was excellent in that it was just a short walking distance to the shops and a 5-minute drive to the light house. I would only suggest that the pots and pans be replaced. They are very old and there's only one large frying pan, making it difficult to make eggs and bacon at once for a family of four.

We Love SSI

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed in various units at Ocean Walk over the years. OW has the right amenities for families and is dog friendly. We needed a 3 bedroom and R1 met our needs. It was decorated well and everything was clean. Nicely stocked kitchen but no cleaning products for counters etc. Washer & dryer was very efficient. The negative in R1 was the awful shower head in master bath. The water pressure was insane and you couldn’t stand under it or wash face under the hard pressure. It felt like it was skinning you. We used a plastic pitcher to catch water and pour over ourselves to avoid the extreme pressure. After being at the beach it’s nice to take a relaxing shower without being skinned. This shower will skin you. The other bathroom tub didn’t drain for 15 mins or so and there was no stopper for kids baths. The A/C unit leaked onto the hall floor at 70* which we only needed it that low at night (a sign over thermostat states don’t turn down to 69*). Fix R1 plumbing issues, these are easy fixes. We wouldn’t stay there again based on the plumbing issues. Any involvement I had with Emmons Realty was always positive and I’d rent from them again. Thanks.

The condo is dated and needs updating with new bathrooms and kitchen. The condo is very cluttered with what appears to be furniture from Goodwill or?? The sofa and chair were replaced while we were there with time lost waiting for arrival one afternoon due to the furniture delivery. Emmonsdid compensate us for that time. The condo needs to be decluttered. There were 4 TVS but only the one in the living area worked correctly. TV in master bedroom was of a different setup and could not adjust sound. TV in second bedroom was not even connected to cable or wall. The commodes ran constantly, and the master bath sink was very slow to drain. The kitchen sink faucet dripped, and the laundry vent needs to be cleaned before it catches fire. WE had stayed at other Emmons property and were very satisfied, but this condo needs updating and a thorough cleaning.
