This is a spacious studio unit, beautifully designed that can accommodate 2 - 4 guests.
The room is complete with the following:
-Double bed & Single pull out
-Aircon
-Flat Screen TV with NETFLIX
-TV Plus
-Cabinet
-Desk/ Dining table and 2 Chairs
-Rice Cooker
-Microwave Oven
-Water Kettle
-Kitchenware (plates, utensils, good for 4)
-Iron & Ironing board upon request
The property is turned over with bed linens, towels, shampoo & soap
The space
The room is very cozy located in Tower 1, Serin West Tagaytay. The location of the property is perfect as guests will enjoy the cold weather of Tagaytay, the beautiful view of the Taal lake, while being just ACROSS the Serin mall, which is very complete with whatever you need for your short vacation. The mall has restaurants, spa, salon, department store, grocery store, etc.
It is also located at the main highway of Tagaytay, so the guests will be able to easily access the other restaurants and things to see around Tagaytay.
For those who are attending weddings, or are planning to get married in Tagaytay, this is the perfect place for the couple and their guests to get ready for the wedding, as Our Lady of Lourdes Parish is just beside the building.

Adult and Kid's swimming pools (Fee of 150 per person up to 4 guests can use the pool)
Children's Play Area
Garden and open spaces
Multi-purpose Hall/Clubhouse (there is a fee to book this)
