This single level home is situated right across from the beach & centrally located to village shops and playground. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the coast has to offer. So come on in and make yourself at home! This beach house is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some time by the water.

The Space:
This three-bedroom home is perfect for friends or family looking to enjoy all that the coast has to offer. All bed linen and bath towels are provided, so you can just focus on relaxing. There is one queen bed & 2 single beds in each of the other two rooms.

The tiled two-way bathroom offers en-suite access to the queen room, while the laundry is equipped with a washing machine & dryer plus a 2nd shower & WC. A portable cot & highchair are also available for guests who need them.

Fenced and gated rear grounds, with off-street parking for your car or boat, this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A small pet (subject to prior approval) is permitted in the grounds, laundry & garage areas only. Pets are not allowed inside the house. The gates are not high & would not be suitable for larger pets.

Inside the garage, you'll find a pool table and plenty of space to store your fishing gear, kayak, bicycles, and surfboard. So whether you're looking to kick back and relax or stay active and enjoy the outdoors, this property has everything you need. Come stay today!

Guest Access:
We want to make your arrival as smooth and welcoming as possible. You have two check-in options:

Meet & Greet (Available until 4 PM on weekdays, and by prior arrangement on weekends)
We’d love to welcome you in person! Jay and/or Lyne will be there to meet you on arrival, give you a quick tour of the house, and answer any questions—whether about the property or Tuross Head in general. It’s a great way to settle in and get insider tips for your stay.

If you’d like a meet and greet, please plan to arrive before 4 PM on weekdays. Weekend meet and greets are by prior arrangement only, as we’re often busy showing properties or conducting open homes during this time.

Self Check-In
Prefer to arrive at your own pace? No worries! Self check-in is available via a secure key safe. We’ll send you the code a few days before arrival, so you can let yourself in whenever it suits you—perfect if you’re making a few stops along the way.

The Neighborhood:
Looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Look no further than Tuross Head. With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This is sure to become a favourite spot for couples and families alike. There is a childrens play park accessible from the rear of the property, with access to the beach & cycle/walkway directly opposite.

Other Things to Note:
• Jolly Sands permits a pet within the grounds, laundry & garage areas only. Pets are not allowed inside the house.

• Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings – Maximum 6 Guests
• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries
• Booking fee $55 – Refundable guest bond applies
• Pet fee $55 - Minimum 7 night stay during peak season

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Jolly Sands Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.

Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Jolly Sands. The property is non smoking internally.
