New appliances, bedding, and furniture create a stunning accommodation for you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy yourself. Upon arrival you will also find the unit fully stocked with linens and towels and all of the essentials you will need during your stay.
Located in the heart of downtown Asheville and nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. Only a moments walk to Asheville's local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries you are in the center of the city while also able to enjoy the mountains that surround you. You'll fall in love with this new condominium and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Great condo!

We’ve stayed in several VRBO in the area and this is by far the best yet. Super clean, great location, easy parking and easy to use app on our phone that worked as a key to get into the building. We’ll be back for sure!

This property was so clean and contemporary. It was a perfect location for walking downtown. The manager of the property was so helpful and quick to respond when I had questions about entry. It was a beautiful place and I would recommend it to anyone!

Neighborhood has become "gentrified"

This location was perfect ! Easy walks to art museum, LOTS of restaurants, and ICE CREAM ! This part of town used to be a bit sketchy, but it is now a wonderful, cultural location !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect space for a quick getaway

My wife and I have visited Asheville multiple times over the past 15 years and have always tried to book rentals instead of hotels. I have to say, and my wife agrees, this place has cracked our top 3. Very clean and modern and right in the middle of the action. Definitely give it 5 stars!

Clean and Close Condo

This condo was gorgeous. Ability to walk to downtown Asheville was amazing - all the sights, food and fun. Only 15 minute drive to the Biltmore, and less than an hour for great hiking. I would highly recommend. It is on a main street - so there is some noise, but loved having the space for my daughter and I - great checkin- all contactless. But the response time to any questions was quick! Enjoy Asheville from this condo.

Convenient Location

We enjoyed out stay at this condo. The condo was conveniently located and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions in downtown Asheville. The condo was clean and had all the necessities that we needed for a 2 night stay. Off of the deck is a view of a park. You have to use a Paxton Key app to access the building and it worked fine until check out day. On check out day it will lock you out, so be careful to not let this happen to you. A couple of things could make this condo even better are less bright lights in the bathroom and softer towels. Over I would stay here again.
