Only 2 blocks to the city centre, 1km from the racecourse, 2km from the beach and and 50mtrs from the botanical gardens, indoor pool and gym.

Its location would suit any discerning couple wanting a break to enjoy cafes, restaurants, pubs, racecourse, beaches and all that Warrnambool offers within a short walking distance.

From the moment we walked into the cottage, we felt right at home. Lyneve had made sure the cottage was cool on the hot day we arrived - blinds down and fans on. The cottage is so close to the town centre you can walk there. Off street parking is a bonus. We stayed 4 nights and cooked dinner for ourselves during that time as well as going out to eat. Lovely decor and all amenities.

Lovely place that has everything that you need

We will definitely stay here again when down that part of the world and highly recommend to our family and friends. Perfect location for walking to most things, all our needs thought of. Cottage was so warm and cosy and the bed very comfortable. The moment we walked in the door we felt relaxed. Very handy having the milkbar next door!

Beautifully presented cottage, looked exactly like the advertised photos so no surprises. The owners were so thoughtful and left us a card and chocolates as we were celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary ❤️ The cottage exceeded our expectations. Ideal location
A beautiful quiet location. Don't be put off by the busy road outside, you certainly cannot hear anything once you are snuggled into the cottage down the back of the property. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a feast. The backyard and outdoor deck were perfect for afternoon drinks. The interior was very clean. There were plenty of instructions to guide you how to operate things. The location was perfect to local cafes, supermarket and entertainment. There are also plenty of home delivery options if you just want to stay in the cosy cottage. A very lovely property which we highly recommend.

Superb all round
This was a delightful rental for two people. Everything from cooking equipment to bedding and furnishings was top quality . The little extras such as lots of cling film, toilet rolls , cleaning products etc were exceptional and often not provided .information both prior to booking and after was professional . We really wished we could have stayed longer and would certainly return. The local area has lots to offer and we recommend day trips then returning to the comfort of the cottage . It is even better than it looks in the photos.

Well presented and equipped with a lovely garden.
Driveway wasn’t user friendly so had to park on the street. I found the bed very hard causing back ache. The weather detracted from the holiday. Appreciated the easy access to the great ocean road and local botanical gardens.
