I have been coming here for a few years now. Each time, the house is clean, beds are comfy and the place is big enough to give everyone the room they need.
Great home for our family weekend. Liked the little welcome snacks. The lake view is stunning. The dock was nice for access to the water. Fire pit was in a great location for my elderly group members. The beds were rather firm which pleased some of us, but not all of us. I think the only disappointment was the internet connection because it was very weak. If you want to totally unplug, this place is great. We wanted to unwind with a movie in the evening, but spotty internet streaming didn't let that happen. Overall pleased with our stay!
Nice house for the price. The houses seem close together with the shared driveway but there is still a lot of privacy in the back. Pretty much everything you need is there just bring clothes and food. My wife and I went with 2 other couples and had a great time.
We loved this rental property. It was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the many amenities - kayaks, towels, soaps, grill, nice deck (sunsets are gorgeous), and the various kitchen extras. Thank you!
We came to get away and have a serene experience on a lake and that is exactly what we got. The lake/dock area was so beautiful, it was hard to move away from the view. Cornhole was a very nice touch that we all enjoyed and the grill was second to none. I highly recommend this listing if you’re looking for a great time with your best friends. Very intimate and very low key
The split level made it easy for us to spend time playing games upstairs while the baby in our group was asleep without waking them up (bring your own monitor and crib). The house was a bit hard to find but the property manager provided directions before check-in. Well stocked for a barbeque, cooking group meals, and bonfires in the evenings. The tip from the property manager to rent a boat from Twin Lakes Marina was great! Made for a very fun trip.

Went for Sno*Drift weekend. Lake was frozen and absolutely beautiful to look at, especially while drinking our coffee in the morning. Everything was clean, house is well taken care of, plenty of space, plenty of amenities. Would stay here again.
We love this property. It fits the three families nicely under one roof. Ideal location to snowmobile trails. This waterfront home would be an awesome spot for a summer get away. Can’t wait to go back
This property was amazing! The view from the house and deck are breathtaking! The online listing showed a longer dock with a boat lift that wasn't there and the dock was very short. I would definitely stay at the Veeder Lodge again!
I traveled with my adult son, adult daughter and her two daughters. We had so much fun in the lake. The kids learned to kayak and the sunsets were gorgeous! We made somores at the fire pit and took a couple of day trips. One to the Call of the Wild in Gaylord and one to Coopersville. And lots of places for awesome meals - Lewiston Lodge and Garland’s Antlers restaurant.
I highly recommend the Veeder Lodge. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy and the area downstairs left lots of space for the kids.
The service was great. The power went out when a branch fell on a wire. I sent a text to the property manager then we went out for the day. Even though it was her wedding day, the power was fixed when we got back.
BEST VACATION EVER!
This property housed 4 adult couples for the weekend very comfortably. We all loved the view. Very clean. They even had the small things covered. AWESOME time v
I had booked this property for my friends and I and I will definitely do it again! Beautiful, clean, baked goods left to welcome us and every amenity you could think of. I absolutely loved it here and so did my friends. We will definitely be back!!!!
