Why they chose this property
This is my holiday home that I really enjoy staying whenever I and my family have time. Luxury development located in nice puteri harbour environment with excellent sea view, harbour view and pool view. A much economical options as compared to staying in the hotel with much much more space and higher quality of furnishing. Fully furnished with great quality as it is my vacation home that I and my family stay and utilize as well.
What makes this property unique
My unit is at premium stack of the development. No afternoon sun, North east facing, excellent view at high floor. brand new electrical appliances and furniture, fully equipped to the smallest details such as ironing board, hair dryers, cooking utensils.
