Native garden serenity near beach and wineries

A spacious home with two separate living areas, ideal for adults and school-aged children, nestled in serene native gardens. A beautiful sun-lit main living area is the hub of the house that separates two bedroom/bathroom areas. There is ample outdoor entertaining space on north and south facing decks. The split system air conditioning provides good cooling in the summer and heating in the cooler months. There are also portable heaters in each bedroom.

The house is located five to ten minutes drive from Shoreham Beach, Pt Leo Beach, and Red Hill South, with easy access to wineries, restaurants, sculpture galleries, mazes and golf courses. The area also provides for excellent mountain and road bike riding.

Great native garden setting

Our group of 6 enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space of this house, used as a base for snorkeling around Flinders. We found it well equipped and very comfortable. And we loved all the birds visiting the native garden. We'd highly recommend it to others.

So peaceful and serene

Just the break we were looking for. The house was great, so spacious and homely. Beds were super comfy and the views were amazing. We went to Pt Leo beach almost every day and then had a bbq each night! Would definitely stay here again!

Shoreham Beachside stay

Lovely location amongst the serenity garden. Was close to all tourist attractions and local IGA supermarket. Had well equipped kitchen perfect for BBQ night and dining in. Beds were cosy and comfortable and all of us enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. Highly recommend for two families.

Shoreham Weekend

Highly recommend this property. Cost wise it was value for money compared to others in the area, 5 bedrooms which can sleep 12. Great areas that were zoned, two lounge areas, two outdoor seating areas, big kitchen that had everything, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower for those after beach wash downs. Spotlessly clean. It had great light with wonderful views, not looking into the neighbours homes. Greatly homely vibe. We all agreed we would visit again.

A very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house met all our needs. It is extremely well equipped, plenty of room and clean. It is in a great location, very handy to local attractions and amenities. It is a very tranquil, relaxing home set in a beautiful setting. We would love to stay at this property again.

A wonderful place to stay in a lovely garden environment surrounded by nature.

Great bird life in the area and Shoreham beach and foreshore are great to visit. Host was very responsive to our requests. House itself is very suitable for a large family wanting a beach holiday!

Perfect for families

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Having five bedrooms was perfect for our needs and the two living areas worked well for us and the children. Beds very comfortable and linen of good quality. Would recommend this house to stay in . Lots of places to visit in the area also.

Fabulous place for a whole family getaway

We all loved staying in this bright and spacious house. Very comfortable with everything you need. Just a few mins in the car and you’re at some of the best places on the peninsula. Loved it.

Great Location and Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful few nights at this great property set in a lovely surrounds. The house had absolutely everything we could need including comfortable beds, space and beautiful outdoor spaces. Bright and airey property. The open plan kitchen and living areas are ideal , for family gatherings like we had. The couches are extra comfy as well as the beds. Beautiful surroundings with lots of bird life .. Very quiet and relaxing.

Birthday weekend with the family

A great set up in a lovely setting for a weekend getaway with extended family. A bonus that we could bring the dogs. The hosts were also generous in allowing us a layer checkout.

Great comfortable house with plenty of living spaces. Fantastic views from the lounge room and balcony. Also great location for beaches, wineries and other towns nearby. Pier 10 restaurant excellent for dinner only 2 mins drive from property.

A place to be

My partner, grand son & our 2 dogs had a great time staying at this property, with plenty of room for all to enjoy. Well secure fencing around the property for the pooches to play. This property would suit 2 families with 2 separate areas. Great location to stay for being close to beaches , wineries & gr8 food dinning We would highly recommend this property for short or long stays.

Shoreham Summer holidays

Love the layout of the house and the secure compound for the dogs. The kitchen is well set up but could do with some bigger pots. Wifi connection would be great but we had a lovely stay at the house regardless. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. Being dog friendly is a bonus!

Great break in Shoreham

Lovely stay - great area - close to Point Leo and Flinders. Very peaceful. House great layout with parents retreat and other bedrooms on other side.
