This New Orleans style house is perfect for entertaining and game day, Double Decker or graduation! A shuttle runs on game weekends and select other weekends to the grove or square and is included with rental. The porches are wonderful spaces for gathering and social time. The downstairs has a beautiful and spacious gourmet kitchen which is open to the living space- so the chef won't miss any of the action! The 65-in. TV is perfect for watching sports and the TV package has all of the channels. The living space includes a queen-size pull out sofa with memory foam mattress that sleeps like a real bed and not a spring ridden torture device. The master bedroom has a king bed with another huge TV and on suite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, 50-in. TV and on suite bath. The Third bedroom has a queen bed, 42-in. TV and on suite bath. There is a great back porch where you can relax and eat, and well as front porch and another porch off the master bedroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail. It is a quick stroll to the pool area where you can use the gas grill to whip up dinner while you relax and chill! All of the mattresses are new and of high quality so you can sleep like a baby!
