Amazing place!!

We had an amazing stay for a weekend getaway to disconnect. The condo was as described and as the photos showed. It was the perfect place to just unwind.

Great place conveniently located

We had a great time in Branson staying here. Close to everything you want to see but far enough that you felt disconnected when you wanted to. Modern place with a homey and contemporary feel.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from the pool. There was a little noise from some kids above running, but we were not in the unit most of the time so it wasn't too bad. The pictures are relatively accurate although they make it look a little bigger and it could use some refreshing (paint, small updates ect.). Overall it was nice and clean and we were happy with it.

Great Place

It was a great little place but we had trouble with the living room tv it never did work. Texted and was told we were not the first ones having trouble with it and someone would come out and help us get it going.Stair way light was out the first night we returned from a show. Very dangerous, we could not see the steps at all. This was reported also and nothing happened until I told the maintenance man on our way out the last day and he was right on it. Otherwise the rooms were great and very comfortable.

This is our second stay at this condo. We love the location and how close everything is to it. It was very clean and nicely set up. I have two small children and they had plenty of space to play and felt like they were “at home”. It was very quiet and we never heard noises per looking at other reviews. I recommend this place and it is very family-friendly. Bed is comfortable, Hot shower, big bathtub for the kids to soak in and play. We are already planning another stay within the next year.

Did some golfing, boat on table rock lake, shopping, silver dollar city harvest fest and top of thr rock golf tour. Had a blast. House was in good location and very cute!! Would rent again and hoghly recommend

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was the perfect location for our trip. It was just a hop skip and jump to the parking lot for SDC and our kids loved walking the trail down to the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely plan to return on our next trip!

cozy little retreat

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to see/do while in Branson. Easy drive to any of the attractions and restaurants. The place was very clean and master bed and pillows were a dream! Our kids loved having a small park to play and the trail to the water was very peaceful. I was worried about barking dogs or loud neighbors after reading some reviews, but we never heard a thing other than some footsteps once in a while. We are already planning a visit back this winter!

Grown ups trip

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this property for a weekend away. The property was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was everything we needed and more. Thanks for a great stay!

Worked well for our needs

Came to Branson for 2 days of Silver Dollar City. You absolutely cant beat the location proximity to the park. Nearly all the condos in this area are very similar, so this particular unit doesn't stand out from the pack. But it was clean, and nicely furnished. I would say the masterbed mattress is rather saggy, the towel hook outside the master shower is broken, and I wish the curtains in the front (kids) bedroom blocked out the sun better (so my kids didn't wake at sunrise while on vacation). But overall this was a great place and we'd stay here again.

Wonder condo! We were very happy with our stay.

My family had plans in Branson with my extended family and due to COVID complications, we had to make a last-minute reservation of our own. We were pleased to see we had found a cozy and wonderfully decorated condo. Everything was up to par and better. The only issue we had was with the WiFi. We are both IT Sys Admins and we had a look at the router and rebooted it a few times. The router appeared to be dead. We chose to make due and enjoyed ourselves otherwise.

Great condo but couldn’t get questions answered prior to reservation

I tried for weeks to call and email because I needed to change my dates. My husband ended up having to work the last day of our stay. We couldn’t get a response so we just drove separate vehicles and he came home a day before us. The condo was very nice I guess my issue is more with Evolve. Don’t think I will deal with them again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I along with my in-laws stayed in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. However, my only complaint is there are no dressers in the bedrooms for your clothes. You either need to live out of your suitcase or use these tiny little wire racks in the closet (only three hangers to hang anything). Also, while this isn’t the fault of the owners the upstairs neighbors are LOUD. I wasn’t surprised as a lot of reviews mentioned this, but I was like… how bad can it be? It. Was. Bad. So bad my husband finally had enough around 11pm and banged on the ceiling. Luckily they stopped (for that night.) I guess the only silver lining to that is while you are laying there with what sounds like a herd of elephants upstairs the bed is super comfy!

Close to Silver Dollar City

We booked this condo for a Wednesday-Saturday. Overall our stay was good. This condo is on the same street as Silver Dollar City which made it super convenient to get to and leave from. Having a code to access the condo is nice and that was communicated to us a few days before our trip. Two bedrooms, two baths, a nice living room and kitchen made our stay comfortable. Wednesday & Thursday was really quite in the building but then on Friday others started moving into the building. We didn’t get much rest Friday night due to a barking dog above us. And when the people showed up, it sounded like they were stomping around up there for hours into the night. So I would suggest going during the week if you’re able to when it’s less busy. There’s a binder on the counter with information about cleaning up, setting the temperature, texting upon checkout, etc. The first night we were there, I pulled the comforter back in one of the bedrooms & found blood & some unknown stain on it. The comforter went on the floor & I used a blanket from our vehicle. Upon checkout, I texted the number in the binder to let them know that they should have their cleaning people check the comforters for such things & it needed washed. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t get blamed for the stains. It has now been 19 days since we checked out & I never got one response from my text or the pictures I took. I’m taken back because there is a cleaning fee & we took care of our checkout housekeeping items but for them failing to ensure that the comforters are clean is unacceptable. And to find blood on anything is just plain gross. The next time we are in Branson, we will stay someplace different.

Christmas Getaway

This was a perfect little stay for 2 adults and two smaller boys. Just enough space for the time we were in in it. Super clean. We appreciated the extra blankets in the spare closet. The tvs in the rooms were super convenient and the check out process was simple. Over all it was a nice stay!

This was a Christmas vacation for me, my 2 sons, and my 4 year old granddaughter!

The condo was very nice! It had everything we needed! It was super close to Silver Dollar City which was perfect for our plans.
