2 Bedroom Luxury Pool Villa Orchid - walk to beach
New 2 bedroom villa with private pool Living room, dining/kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Laundry room with washing machine. Two beautiful bedrooms with double beds. Parking for car/bikes. The local village of Ban Tai with shops, restaurants, motor bike rental, is only 5 minutes walk. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. 7/11 is only 5 minutes walk Fast Wi-Fi.
Why not kick back and relax with a food delivery directly to your villa from 100's of restaurants across the island.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at THB9.00 per unit. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to THB100 per person per day.
A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
