This modern and minimalist apartment is the perfect choice for friends or family with up to four persons who want to be in the heart of a contemporary gated city.

The apartment is located in the Waterfront City, Dbayeh just a couple of minutes away from the malls, restaurants and pubs and situated on the 3rd floor of a building in the Magnolia Court.

The space

A comfortable living room area with a modern sofa corner, a coffee table and a TV. The Sofa corner can be turned into two separate beds and can accommodate 2 persons.



The open kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, food containers, cooking & serving utensils, an oven, a washing machine and cleaning supplies. There is also a bar counter between the kitchenette and the living room with bar stool seating for two.


The Bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet with an access to the balcony.

The bathroom has a shower facility and is equipped with soap, tissue rolls and towels ( Hand, face and bath towels).

There are large windows all over the living room that make the area bright. The living room and the bedroom have access to one shared balcony with a view of the highway.

Guest access

Guests have access to the common private garden situated in the center of the Magnolia Court.

Guests can park outside in designated parking spots.

Guest can also benefit from the Marina for jogging and biking.
