This lovely condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on the South End of Tybee. Located 200 steps from the beach. The main living area features a spacious floor plan with large full equipped kitchen with bar seating. Nice sized living room with comfortable sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Bedrooms consist of 1 Queen and 1 with twin beds and also have TV'S. Sit on the front porch with a water view!

Great stay!!!

Everything was great and as advertised. Decor is tasteful and “beachy” and was very clean. Walking distance to beach and eateries was very welcomed. Only drawback is that it is 3rd floor so steps might be a problem for some; otherwise is highly recommended.

23 Year Honeymoon/Anniversary

This was the best anniversary celebration trip ever! The condo was in a great location, and just minutes from the beach. Alll the local restaurants, and gift shops were amazing

Family fall break

Condo was ok. Location is perfect. Just a few blocks from the beach and pier, including shops and restaurants, beds were very uncomfortable. Condo needs updating. Don’t expect it to be new or impressive. We left a night early because we didn’t sleep well there. No privacy on front porch. It was very hot in there too. Just seems old

Just OK

Location was fine. Arrived to 3 piles of dog poop in front of our door...had to find something to get it up with before we could even enter without tracking it inside. I imagine this happened just before we arrived... Got in and found a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher that stank. One of the twin beds had dirty sheets. Toilet in hallway would not flush. Condo itself was cute and close to the beach. Do not at all recommend for people with elder family members or small children--steps are difficult to maneuver.

Girls weekend

We came for an extended weekend. The place was as described. No complaints. Property manager was awesome. Had a great time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was conveniently located. We were able to walk or bike everywhere. Took the car into Savannah and had a great time there as well. Thanks!!

Hurricane Debbie put a damper on things!

The property was perfect and suited are needs. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Aside from being stuck inside for a day and a half we had a great time. We will be back when it’s not hurricane season!

Great Location

This was the perfect spot for me and my daughter. Close to the beach and to restaurants and the pier. The unit was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We definitely want to return.

Only Needed My Swimsuit

We Loved the Proximity to the Beach, and the Kitchen is stocked with utensils, so i could cook for us all week, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Melissa , our host was available by phone, and sometimes at the condo for a chat. We will rent again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo was super clean and roomy. Easy walk to the beach and stores/restaurants. Melissa was very responsive. I would recommend this and I'm sure well be back.

Early Spring on Tybee

Condo was nice and comfortable; plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen amenities, etc. Was able to walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants - pretty much everything. Only had to get the car out to make a grocery run to the IGA. All in all, a great break with daughter and grandkids. Would go back!

Walking distance to everything fun!

While I was hesitant about being a few staircases up, it wasn't bad at all. We watched the sunrise of the water not even a block away. This place was perfect with two separate bedrooms and two separate baths.

Perfect Location

We stayed for a week during spring break. The location of the condo is perfection-a quick walk to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away that you are in a quiet spot away from the action. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes-which means no doing dishes after every meal. :). We found the beds to be quite firm and the bed frames squeaky. The fridge does have water and ice, which was wonderful. Thanks for a great week!
