My husband and I had the best time staying in this cute, clean and very desirable location. Had an issue and management promptly resolved it. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful visit!!

Great location but Dirty

Not clean, dirty pissed on and bloody old sheets and mattress. Complained and excuses made that they couldn't wash it because it would fall apart. Location was great but the cleanliness was disgusting.

Location Location Location

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of South Beach, across from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is ok. There are only closet to hang clothes, but there was no drawers for folded clothes. I wish they could put even a small drawer so we don't have to keep our folded clothes in the luggage. The kitchen is really basic with not much supply to cook. They don't even provide dish liquid and scrub to wash dirty plates or cups. It is not a big deal since there is a dishwasher, but who want to run a dishwasher for only a cup or a plate. Overall, it is a good apartment with excellent location.

Very Disappointing

My husband and I were looking forward to this trip, but I have to say we were quite disappointed once we arrived. The check in process was easy, and everyone was nice, but then we got to the room and it wasn't even the one that's posted in the listing. There were stains all over the couch and on the bed sheets, silverware was not complete, dishes were all dirty, the dish sponge was gross, and many essentials were missing. The message says that cleaning includes new towels, emptying of the trash, and making of the bed. The only thing we received was new towels.. and even those were questionable. I'm convinced that on at least one occasion the cleaning personnel just picked up the dirty towels we had on the floor and refolded them and placed them back. They did not make the bed, nor empty the trash as promised. The noise is expected as it is Ocean Dr., so we were prepared for that. We were not prepared, however, for our power to go out. The Saturday that we arrived the power went out in the building around 11 pm and was not back on until the next morning. We sweat all night because the AC was not working. And people were throwing fits outside all night so it was very hard to sleep. There were also multiple occasions throughout the week where our key card would stop working and we would get locked out of the room, and the building. It was all just very disappointing and frustrating to have to deal with all week. We will not be staying here again.

Not what we expected

When we arrived, we found out that just below our window was a night club that ran all day and into the late hours of the night. When we got to our room, we were extremely discouraged that it looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised on the app. The room also was not very clean. Several amenities that were supposed to be included were not in the room. There was no hair dryer, there was no hand soap (only dish soap and no clue why), tiny packets of soap that were laughably small, and many other things. Room service was practically non existent, as they came twice to replenish our towels and they never once gave us new bed sheets. The sheets and comforter has stains on them and I could not tell what they were. The bathroom was an abomination, as the tub is detached from the way and the shower curtain used is cloth, so water got absolutely everywhere. There was mold and rust behind the tub and all around the base where the water had settled. There was no bath mat or anything of the sort, so we resorted to putting our used towels on the floor to soak up water and have something to step out onto. The water was either scorching hot or ice cold, and turning the knob halfway around in one direction changed nothing. Our air conditioner didn’t work for an entire day and then randomly started working in the early AM the next day. The roof top pool was very awkward, as it was essentially just another club blasting music all day and night, and the water was not clean nor was there really any security. We had to argue with an extremely rude couple who tried to take our chairs and moved our stuff and placed their stuff on our chairs. The situation was resolved when they finally walked away when they knew they were in the wrong. The pool was not very clean and for some reason little kids were also at the pool, even though the music was explicit and there was a bar up there. Couples also were very open in displaying their affection regardless of the presence of children, and there was no security to stop or discourage it. The only positive thing was the location in proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. We searched for several hours upon arrival for a new place to stay, but everything was either highly priced or fully booked. Also, when we arrived, the lady at the counter ignored us for a solid 2 minutes and kept playing on her phone. I would never return and if I could somehow get a full refund for the place I absolutely would.

Zentral gelegen und entspricht Beschreibung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir verschoben von Januar auf März wegen Corona. Der Vorgang lief sehr gut und unbürokratisch. Leider kamen wir in den Spring Break und es war rund um das Appartement sehr laut bis ca 11.30 Uhr pm. Das wurde uns aber auch im Vorfeld mitgeteilt und war in Nachhinein auch gut und akzeptabel, da wir eher ja nicht gedachten zu schlafen. Es war eher spannend und amüsant zu sehen was und wer sich da alles tummelt. Kontakt zu Host war immer sehr zügig und gut.

Incredible lack of provided information

Due to the closure of Ocean Drive to vehicular traffic, this property is now located a city block from the closest point you can reach by car. There are no bellmen available at the property. The property owner failed to advise of these conditions. I would have cancelled had I known. Our choices were to leave and lose over a thousand dollars paid in full or carry six luggages for a city block, around operating restaurants and large numbers of pedestrians. Once arriving at our third floor room it was found to have no dresser/chest of drawers, no table or chairs. Condensation dripped from an overhead AC vent onto a large puddle on the floor. The toilet worked only by removing the lid and pulling on the lever. A bed and a sofa were the only furniture. I placed a call to the property owner who stated "these rooms are what they are. You got a great deal. All of my 19 properties are filled." "No one ever complained about nowhere to put their clothes." He said that a maintenance man would be up to take care of the toilet and the dripping from the ceiling but no person ever came. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY. It is not comfortable and provides little in the way of an enjoyable base for a South Beach vacation.

Close to beach. Great pool view. Very helpful staff.

Didn’t know it was directly over a very loud nightclub which played until 1:30 and 4:30 am two nights! Had to leave a day early so we could get sleep. Nice bed and basically nice facilities. Dishwasher, safe, and toilet lid broken.

Great location

The place was nice and in a great location right across the beach. The unit could use some updating of carpet, painting and bedding, and the table should be replaced, but overall it had what we needed for a pleasant stay.
