About this property

Adelaide City Edge Apartment - North Adelaide

This spacious ground floor apartment features 2 Queen Bedrooms, large living/dining area, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate shower and bath, and separate laundry with full washing and drying facilities. Free wifi internet is included. Please note that TV reception can be patchy on some stations at times.

The bathroom needs to be retiled and the place painted when we have a lull in bookings but it is clean and comfortable.

The apartment also has a dedicated car parking space in a car park at the rear.

There is a small (see photos) courtyard at the front and many beautiful parks and playgrounds a few minutes walk away.

The apartment is a 30 minute walk across the Adelaide Park Lands and through historic Adelaide University to Rundle Mall. It is also a short walk (5 min) to the Women's and Children's Hospital and 10 minute walk to Adelaide Oval. Guests often stay for weddings at the Botanic Gardens or National Wine Centre which are just a few minutes away.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Long stays (10+ nights) price negotiable.

Don't want to tell anyone about this little gem. Location was perfect. So close to everything and tourist attractions. Catching the free city connect bus into the city. Can't get lost. Location of accommodation is steps to various restaurants and cafes. Couldn't try them all!

Perfect Location
Thanks for the early check-in Colleen. Our stay at your apartment was ideal. Close to everything. Melbourne St., just around the corner, had so many different eating places. No more than 20 mins walk away was the Zoo, I am 85 but a younger person would do it in much less. Many other attractions were a short walk away. If I am fit enough next year I would definately use this apartment again. One thing I did notice Colleen, one of the bath taps was very loose and fell off a couple of times. I did,nt mind because I used the shower. Thanks once again John ( England. UK)

The location of this apartment was perfect for what we needed. Overall it was clean and tidy, bathroom probably needs an update as the shower curtain isn't ideal or comfortable to use when having a shower and pillows require replacing. Property manager was prompt and helpful with replies. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little unit
My friend and I stayed recently while seeing Pink at Adelaide oval. We were very happy with the accomodation for the price. Comfortable, had everything we needed and lots of great restaurants around. Tv reception is terrible, but smart tv has access to streaming services (if you have them). Would highly recommend and will stay again if we need accommodation in the city.

Cute property close to cafes and restaurants
Great value for money, free bus into CBD 2 minute walk from front door. Awesome base to visit Adelaide as everything is close by in a very pretty neighbourhood. It’s worth noting this apartment is a set of units so there can noise from upstairs (which didn’t bother us) but it’s worth noting for light sleepers there are traffic lights and a footpath just outside the window so can be a bit noisy especially on a Friday Saturday night when people are leaving The Lion hotel.

The apartment was in a brilliant location. Short drive to the city and and easy walk to Adelaide Oval. Based in central North Adelaide with brilIiant cafes and pubs just across the road.
