Comfortable, modern three-bedroom house, sleeps up to six (1 queen-sized bed, 1 double, 2 singles) two bathrooms (toilets within each bathroom), air conditioning, electric heating, electric BBQ, covered patio.

***WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL*** Several guests have said a pool was advertised on our property listing and were disappointed when one was not found, leaving us negative reviews. We have never had a pool and have never advertised that we do. We are currently working with Stayz (aka HomeAway/VRBO/Expedia/Trivago) to find the source of this frustrating glitch.

BED and BATH LINEN
You will need to bring your own linen - sheets, pillowcases, towels and a tea towel. (Pillows, blankets and covered doonas are provided.)

DOGS
Pet dogs are welcome. Registered Canine Assistance Animals (eg 'guide dogs') are permitted within the main part of the house. With some additional requirements, pet dogs may be allowed inside the house - please ask for details before booking. We do not accommodate cats or other animals.

THE OTHER STUFF...
Great fully-fenced backyard and internal garage for your pet dog. Only 8 minutes level walk for you and your family to the beach. Off-leash dog beach only 5 minutes drive away.

Walk to local shops and bowling club with bistro. Enjoy walks, fishing, golf and horse riding in the area.

The property is strictly non-smoking, inside and out.

LOCATION
Mollymook is 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney and just five minutes drive from Ulladulla and Milton. There is a small local shopping centre about 5 minutes walk away, with a supermarket, take-away, great deli and bakery, butcher, chemist, bottle shop and newsagent.

There are several craft and antique shops in Ulladulla and Milton, various art galleries and a good choice and variety of restaurants from 'cheap eats' to fine dining. The area offers a very relaxing holiday with a choice of several swimming beaches, canoeing, cinema in Ulladulla and off-leash beaches for your dog.

Beaches: Narrawallee, Mollymook, Rennies, Racecourse, Dolphin Point, Wairo, Tabourie and more.
Leash-free areas for your dog: Collers Beach, beach area on north side of Ulladulla Harbour (near boat ramp), centre of Mollymook Beach between 4pm and 8pm.
Walks: Buddawang Ranges (Pigeon House & Castle Rock), Meroo & Murramurrang coastal parks, South Narrawallee nature reserve, Pebbly Beach, One Track for All (North Headland Ulladulla Harbour).
Recreation: Hilltop 18 hole golf course, Mollymook beach 9 hole golf course, canoeing Lake Tabourie, mini-golf Burrill Lake, surfing schools, swimming, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, Ulladulla Leisure Centre with gym, indoor pool and kids activities.
There is also Ulladulla Arcadia Twin Cinema and Timezone.
