Redhead has been carefully renovated to retain a relaxed holiday cottage feel. Across the road from natural bushland and within a few minutes walk to Washerwomans Beach. The house is very spacious with a large open living area and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom is a roomy parents retreat with own balcony. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom is a separate sleep-out also with 2 single beds. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a total of 3 showers and 2 toilets with a second shower and toilet in laundry and a warm outdoor shower.
Attractions
Enjoy swimming, boating, sailing in summer and bush walking, beach combing and sitting around the open fire in winter. Bendalong is abundant in wildlife and kangaroos are regular visitors to our backyard. We often see dolphins in the bay and friendly rays can be hand-fed down at the boat harbour. The beaches are pristine with lovely bush settings. The house is within an easy walking distance to Washerwoman's Beach and Inyadda Beach with its stunning Green Island views. There is plenty of room to park boat and trailer and the boat ramp is close by. The house is a few minutes walk to well stocked general store and cafe.
From Bendalong you can take a short drive to Lake Conjola or venture further to historic Milton (20 mins) and the fishing town of Ulladulla. Bendalong is an easy 2-3 hour drive south of Sydney and 2-3 hour drive north-east from Canberra.

We had a wonderful weekend at Redheads. Such a character filled home, you can feel it is well loved as soon as you walk in. Perfect spot in Bendalong if you are looking for peace & quiet. Walk to nearby Washerwomans beach - just beautiful. Sat on the balcony and watched the plentiful birdlife
'As written on the box' - just the spot we needed to thoroughly unwind and soooo close to such a great family beach.
Michelle was a perfect helpful host.
We had adults with both teenagers and younger kids, everything was accessible, easy and in a beautiful little community.
The house had enough space for everyone and the separate space helped everyone.
A very charming house, plenty of space and a great location just a short walk to the beach. Excellent and proactive service from the owner. We had a great experience overall and would happily return.
Redhead house in beautiful Bendalong was great lovely traditional beach cottage walking distance to Washerwoman beach and the Hub for a morning coffee. Lovely outside shower for a wash after a swim
Thank you Michelle for a lovely Easter holiday. The house is well set up and cosy with all amenities needed. Note there is no wifi and the reception is dicey but we really enjoyed "switching off" and enjoying each other's company. The place is walking distance to the beach and local Cafe.
The house was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. I particularly loved the outdoor shower with the beautiful scent from the Jasmine. The house is also walking distance to the shop, beach and caravan park
Delightful place in perfect location! We loved the outdoor BBQ area and close proximity to the beach. Great set up with laundry and extra shower/ toilet and the converted shed with its own kitchen! Owner communicated promptly and effectively at all times, it was a breeze. Many thanks!
Our stay at Redhead was lovely. Michelle was very helpful with the booking and additional instructions. The cottage is rustic and quaint but has all the essential needs for a relaxing holiday.
Our stay at Redhead was great. Perfect for a family. Our host made everything easy for us and was very accommodating with tips and suggestions to make things even more comfortable. Location was perfect! Peaceful, slow, full of nature and away from hustle and bustle. House was clean, roomy and situated perfectly for access to beaches, walking tracks, local convenience store, bushwalks etc. An easy drive to supermarkets and other amenities in nearby towns.
Would definitely book again!

The property was homely and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Especially loved the heated outdoor shower and relaxing in the backyard by the open fire! Had friendly visits by kangaroos and it's a lovely, easy stroll to the beach. Michelle was accommodating and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy traditional beach cottage
We had a wonderful stay at Redhead. It had everything we needed for our group to have a wonderful beach stay. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of living space and a lovely outdoor area under a frangipani tree. We really loved having another shower/toilet separate from the house and the outside shower was bliss!
It did get a little warm inside during the day, but that is easily fixed by opening all the windows and getting the ceiling fan going.
Wonderful proximity to Washerwoman's beach reserve which was a 5 minute walk.
We would definitely stay again.

My partner and I stayed in this home over the Christmas 2012 period for 6 nights. We absolutely loved
My partner and I stayed in this home over the Christmas 2012 period for 6 nights. We absolutely loved it and had the time of our lives. The house is walking distance to Bendalong and North Bendalong Beaches. We swum every single day bar one, and that day we ventured into Milton and Ulla Dulla which is about a 20-30 min drive. We went for early evening afternoon walks around the little township and ventured over to Manyana and swam at the beach there (5 min drive away) - may even have a game of tennis next time.We made friends with other holiday makers across the road and even had Kangaroos come for daily visits. The house was extemely comfortable and has all the mod cons from home. The BBQ was utilised every day, if not twice a day :)We thoroughly recommend this place for a very relaxing / rejuvinating beach holiday and we will def be back again this year.
