Really enjoyed staying at this property. What a great location. It’s within walking distance to so many things. Listing was very accurate. Very clean and well equipped.
Excellent communication with our host. We’re visiting Bend again in a few months and will definitely try and stay here again.
I just want to summarize and say that I really appreciate the communication with the hosts and their understanding of a special situation we had. Will definitely book them again.
Great, cozy cottage for 2 with a smaller room that could accommodate a third. Perfect location to rally into town and long walks along the river. Fantastic bakery a block away and market ($$) for groceries and easy to prepare food. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
I had a work trip in Bend and my wife and I came over for two nights. We had a wonderful stay here! The location is great and we enjoyed a couple of restaurants nearby. There was a very minor delay with the front lock but Renee was on top of it and got us in no problem.
Overall we had a nice stay and would stay here again.
Lovely cottage, residential area, near to downtown
Lovely clean cottage. 15mins walk to downtown. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery all close by. Would stay here again. Bend a wonderful place to stay. Lots of outdoor activities.
We enjoyed our stay. It is as advertised, a small cottage and very cozy. It is just a block off of Newport Ave. with restaurants & coffee shops and just a few blocks down to Tumula Ave. with more restaurants and two breweries. We walked or biked into town (they provide two bikes) and it is easy to get around town.
Just love this home ❤️ so peaceful, great neighborhood and truly can walk everywhere. We visit Bend every year for racing events and this has been the best home I stayed at! Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay here again. Owners were extremely helpful, I appreciate their flexibility and kindness. Thx Patricia
I picked this house because of the unbeatable location. It’s steps away from my favorite coffee shops, restaurants and markets in Bend. It is 1925 bungalow full of charm and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The AC kept us cool in the middle of August. The bikes, high end soaps/shampoos and Japanese toilet seat were a nice touch.
Great location and great place! Backyard is nice to have an area outside weather perimitting. We didn't use the other "bedroom" but it's more like just a single bed off of the kitchen. Bathroom is very japanese -complete with Toto toilet and japanese style shower "room".. At the onset of our stay we had trouble with the shower flooding the entire bathroom. Prompt response by owner was appreciated. They sent over housekeeping who found a paper towel stuck in the drain. Living area furniture not the most comfortable but we would definitelly stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this little house so much!!! The house is very well located, well supplied and well appointed. We used the two bicycles and rode all over town, it was so fun to have the bikes ! One note is that the house now has a mini split A/C which saved our stay as Bend was having a tremendous heat wave (105F!) Highly recommend this house !
My husband and I spent a week at this property and it was perfect. The house was so cute and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very welcome! The house was within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and downtown Bend. My husband is an avid mountain biker and he thoroughly enjoyed riding in Bend. I enjoyed the many easy paved bike rides and bike lanes throughout the city. We highly recommend this property.
Fantastic. Walking distance to more than enough quality food, beer, and trails. Clean, well maintained and comfortable cottage. Lived in Bend for 10 years. Moved away 10 years ago. It was great to be back. Beautiful.
This is a great little house in terms of location. I knew going in that the bathroom was tiny, as were the sleeping areas. It was tough to keep suitcases, etc organized as there wasn't any dresser or other storage options so everything stayed on the limited floor space. The bathroom was also a problem for three women getting ready, etc. I would recommend for a younger couple with a small child.

Lovely home in great location!
This home is a perfect vacation rental in Bend OR. It is furnished and maintained with love and so conveniently located to the best restaurants, grocery market and historic downtown, oh yes, and the Deschutes river parks and trails. Yet at night it is very quiet for sleeping and off the main streets. We didn't have time to ride the bikes provided by the owner during our week long stay since we were visiting our daughter and her family. Just another reason to return to this rental the next time we visit!
