Relax in this 3BR, 2BA heated pool home. Wonderfully furnished with new furniture and linens, this home has been recently released and is ready for you. Come enjoy a large living area that opens up to a private covered patio overlooking the screened heated pool and fully fenced back yard. Relax in the master suite with luxurious master bath and large walk-in shower. Or soak in the tub in the 2nd bath, split floor plan affords privacy for all guests. Situated in Pine Lakes neighborhood close to Pine Lakes Golf course, short distance to all the shopping and dining and about 15 minutes from both Hammock and Flagler Beach. Only 25 min to St Augustine and 1 hr to Orlando and Jacksonville.

My family and I were very pleased with our recent stay at this property! It was exactly as described in the listing - clean, well located, excellent communication with host, well stocked (in case you forget anything). I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in the area!

Great home. Lots of extras!

We had a wonderful week at this home. It is a beautiful house in a quiet residential area. The home was clean, has a great pool, check in process was easy and good communication with the owner. What we loved was all of the extras. A basket of snacks awaited us after a long day of traveling. There was coffee for morning and everything we could ever need for the pool or a day at the beach. I can’t say enough good about the house or our stay there. If you are looking to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of a tourist area, this is not it. For those of you looking for a vacation in a quiet area where you can spend time by the pool, grill, have a fire, cook some meals at home but still be near major tourist attractions, cities, and beaches…this is the one. Check it out!

Very Nice House in quite neighborhood

The property has everything you need to for a comfortable stay. The layout of the house is ideal especially the patio and pool area. Communication with owner was easy and she was very amenable. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was comfortable and well-appointed, and close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The pool area was lovely, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs to run around and play frisbee in. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. Communication with Jill, both before our arrival and during our stay, exceeded our expectations.

Fun in Palm Coast

The home was very clean and well decorated. We were impressed with the well stocked kitchen. It is also in a great location. We enjoyed walking around. Jill is very easy to contact and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Wildwood

Our stay at Wildwood was wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and a beautiful assortment of glasses and tableware. The pool and lanai are a perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Jill was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely be booking this property again, we had fantastic experience!

Great property. Clean with lots of extras. The hostess checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed and promptly responded to questions. She had plenty of extras in the home - even condiments and coffee! Also had extra beach items like coolers and chairs available for renters. There are a lot of glass items in the house, so take that under consideration if you have small children. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to relax

Jill was great with communication and the house was perfect to relax and get away to unwind! We enjoyed the heated pool and our dogs loved running around in the fenced in yard. The house has everything you need and the location was perfect.

Pet lovers dream home

I can't say enough about our host or the house, as both were better than expected. Our host really took the time to get to know us, what we might need, and stayed in contact throughout the process. I have two geriatric dogs and she went out of her way to ensure we had what we needed so that our dogs would feel as welcome as we did. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures convey, especially the covered lanai and heated pool area. I stayed here with my mom and our two dogs, as a nice vacation before the start of the new school year, as she teaches at an elementary school, and lives with my sister and her 4 kids, so I wanted to give her a nice relaxing place where we could do as much or as little as we wanted. If you've never been to Palm Coast you'll be in for a treat. It's halfway between St Augustine and Daytona, and has its own beautiful parks, nature preserves and beautiful beaches. This property truly provides for all types of getaways, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Supplies galore , small pool

The house was great. Many supplies throughout, but also has a feeling of invading owner’s stuff as there is so much we can use (pros and cons). Fully equipped kitchen. Pool though is on small side, 3 swim strokes and you are on other side but it is heated year round and lots of toys for kids (both pool and beach toys). Note: it is 1.5 hours from Disney, but only 15 minutes from the beach (highly recommend Washington Oaks State park for clean, isolated beach, but no lifeguard). Jill is responsive most times. House in great shape, only comments are: master bedroom does not lock, and beds are very soft but that is a personal preference, good quality beds though, I’m sure, just prefer firm beds).

What a amazing property !!!

Have stayed in many vacation homes and is as great as the description and this is by far the best. Beautiful, clean, has more than expected. When we walked in the door we were amazed at how clean and beautiful decorated the house was. What you see in the pics is what you get. We spent most of the time at the pool and it was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Took many walks and did not feel unsafe at all. The home’s location was close to Flagler Beach, Daytona, St Augustine with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores in the area. You will need to drive places. We also received quick responses from Jill whenever we had a question. Not on the beach, you have to drive everywhere but everything is reasonably close and that is what i prefer. Ww teared up a little having to leave and go back home, but will rent this home again. You will definitely not be disappointed renting this home.

Wonderful

The property has a complete fence that eased my mind when it came to leaving my puppy outside. The pool was clean and we enjoyed going into it after a day out. Inside, the bed was comfortable and all needed amenities were provided. This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. In addition, Jill was a pleasure to work with.

Home away from home

The house is centrally located in Palm Coast, which is a plus. We enjoyed the heated pool because this time of year it's iffy if you can be in it due to temperature. We used it pretty much every day. The house was well designed and had everything you could need. We had two dogs and they love the backyard. Since it was fenced in. It was really nice for them to run and play. The lawn man hadn't shown up one day and the owner came over and loaded herself really cares that you're happy. Can't say enough about this house. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Nice to get away from the cold of Wisconsin.
