Potential, but issues.
I'll start with the good. The owner was very nice and helped us with all of our issues and the location is very close to the Mayo Clinic hospital. Unfortunately, we did have a number of issues, and we ultimately left the property early and found a different place to stay. The recliner chair did not recline, and the sofa seemed as though it had been broken and repaired, but not repaired correctly as the back was very wobbly and dug into your back. The sink ended up springing a leak while we were there, and the toilet overflowed, flooding out into the hallway. The stove had one burner that didn't work and the oven took a very long time to cook anything. Outside of these issues, there was very little decor on the walls, and very little in the way of supplies in the apartment. Again, when working with the owner, she was very nice, actually let us out of our agreement early, and seemed to care about our needs. This property has good potential, and with a little TLC, updating, and possibly a little better luck on our end, could be a good place to stay.
