This lovely brick house is so close to the beach you can almost smell the saltwater. Just stroll past two houses and cross the road to the beautiful bay beach.
The 3 bedroom house is set up to be a great entertainer. The open plan dining and lounge area
(with Foxtel) works well with the great size kitchen which is well equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs.
The whole yard is fully fenced, so there is plenty of privacy and plenty of room for the kids to run.
Out the back is a tranquil outdoor entertaining area. Under the large sail is the outdoor setting big enough to seat the whole family plus more.
The house is set up with different sitting areas so you can catch the sun or play it safe in the shade. A large 6 burner bbq is ready for use all year round.
The massive garage is set up like a kids / teenagers retreat area. Also great for those adults that like a bit of competition with each other. It has a dining table & chairs to play those board games on. TV and DVD Player, couches, dart board, air hockey table and table tennis table and pool table.
So if the weather isn't so good, the kids can go to their space and the parents are left in peace inside. There is also a basket ball hoop in the drive to keep them active outside too, plus other outside games.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a good size ensuite plus separate walk-in-robe. It has an 80cm Plasma TV with a built-in DVD player.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single bed bunk on top. Both bedrooms 2 & 3 have built-in wardrobes.
The Games Room couch is a queens size innerspring Sofa Bed. And with the bathroom there it can be a 4th bedroom with ensuite.
Porta Cot and High Chair are provided.
Altogether the house can sleep up to
9 people.

A Walk in the National Park, Swim, Winery, Coffee ??
The choices of what to do are endless.
Take a short walk past the Blairgowrie Marina up to the many cafes, shops and restaurants that Blairgowrie is known for.
A five minute walk up the road towards the back beach is the famous "Koonya General Store" where you can get your morning paper and a fresh coffee for the stroll home.
A couple of minutes by car and you are in the main street of Sorrento, where you have so much to choose from. Have a coffee or some lunch, maybe dinner and a movie. Otherwise just wear yourself out with the endless shops.
Being situated in the narrowest part of the Peninsula you have a choice of bay beach or ocean beach.
Walk up Huges road to the Koonya Ocean Beach. This is also the entrance to the National Park. The beautiful walking tracks in the National Park are there for you to explore the wonderful coastline that is " The Peninsula ".
Take in one of the many wonderful wineries for a day trip of tastings or take the Sorrento Ferry for a trip to Queenslcliffe for lunch.
Great for a family or two, the kids can bunk in together.
There are plenty of games, movies and books for all ages.
