Unplugged relaxation
We loved the relaxing atmosphere of the beautiful bush land and I particularly loved that there was no mobile or internet. The bike track was super fun and we had hours of good times in the river. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. I could happily spend a week or two at the Riverview cottage.

Riverview Cottage
The property was quiet and clean and had everything we needed for a bush holiday. It was also cosy and warm. We had enough room for a family of six. The beds in the house were a little small for our adult children. The view from the verandah was beautiful but it was a bit cold for us to enjoy in July! We loved exploring the local area, especially bushwalking in the national park. We would definitely love to return again.

Great cottage close to river
Well equipped cottage with beautiful views. Annex was too hot to sleep in while we were there, however, it was around 40 degrees. Had to drive down to the river. Overall we loved it.

Close to nature, absolute peace and quiet!
Nice place to stay if you like nature. Lots of wildlife that comes to visit. Our boys loved feeding the birds who comes to visit everyday amongst a few other little visitors. Beautiful rainforest and walking track with natural swimming holes. No phone reception so you can just tune out of the hustle bustle and just relax and spend quality time with your family. Just gorgeous!!

Key collection and directions
The cottage is quite secluded and has a great view of up the Barrington River from a large deck. The cottage interior is comfortable and the kitchen works quite well. It has one main bedroom and lots of bunk beds in two further bedrooms, one of which adjoins the cottage with its own bathroom. It is about an hour's drive through picturesque farmland and over river crossings to Gloucester Tops in the Barrington Tops National Park. Also it is close to the river for kaiaking. All in all it is a very good choice for a get away.

Excellent location for those wanting an escape
Excellent location and well set up house. The fire kept the place toasts even on a freezing night. Great listening to the river rushing below. About 20mins drive to Gloucester, last section of road was quick rough and unsealed but ok for all cars if you just take your time.

Awesome location, with a river flowing nearby... so peaceful... Foggy mornings were really beautiful and sound of water at nights was soothing... it was a tussle between whether to spend time in apartment or outdoors... Apartment is really beautiful... pictures can never define what eyes can see... It is going to be the first choice of stay for anyone going to Barrington from my office and friend circle!... highly recommended... worth every penny spent...Thanks for providing us an experience of a lifetime.
