The space
The villa has a private pool, lounges, a barbecue area, a children's trampoline and a children's play area. The view opens onto the neighboring golf course, the plot is private. The living area of the villa consists of 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a separate maid's room with a private bathroom (2 single beds).
The kitchen is the dream of any housewife and is equipped with everything necessary. The spacious living room is combined with a dining area and has direct access to the courtyard. From the balconies of the second floor offers a wonderful view of the surroundings.
A parking place is provided at the villa. The village is guarded 24 hours a day, entry into the territory only through the barrier. A free shuttle bus runs through the Lagoon, which you can use.
