Super Aussicht

Dank der Klimaanlage hatten wir eine angenehme Abkühlung von der Hitze des Tages. Kurzer Weg zum kleinen aber spannenden Strand. Wahnsinns Sonnenuntergang vom Garten aus!

Séjour exceptionnel

De la qualité d'accueil de Virginie au logement, son équipement et son emplacement, tout a été parfait. La vue sur les Sanguinaires et les différents couchers de soleil nous ont ravis chaque soir. Nous avons pu profiter de cet endroit et passé un excellent séjour. Les accès plages sont très faciles et le rayonnement dans l'arrière pays se fait rapidement. En un mot, super.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein kleiner Strand war zu Fuß in weniger als 10min zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung im Außenbereich ist sehr gut und es war durch die Lage auf einem Hügel mit frischen Wind möglich, mittags im Schatten draußen zu sein. Gut zu wissen: wenn man drei Schlafzimmer nutzt, gibt es kein Wohnzimmer mehr. Das dritte Bett ist eine (bequeme) ausziehbare Couch und gleichzeitig ein Durchgangszimmer zum dahinter liegenden Schlafraum.

Schöner Garten mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben die Wohnung, die gedeckte Terrasse und den Garten, aber auch besonders den kurzen Weg zum Strand und die Wandermöglichkeiten sehr genossen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Conforme à notre attente en tous point de vue L'emplacement,200 mètres de la plage à pied, vue sur les îles sanguinaires un couché de soleil différent tout les soirs , à arrivée un accueille chaleureux qui nous a permis de faire de belles découvertes visuelles et gastronomiques.

Très belle situation

Excellent séjour dans cette location toutefois il est à noter que le logement est humide et que le barbecue à gaz est finalement une plancha. Logement conçu pour l’extérieur. Superbe vue sur le golfe d’Ajaccio et plage à 5 min à pieds.

Logement bien aménagé pour une famille (même avec un bébé), bien conçu et calme. Jardin clos, voiture garée à l’intérieur, résidence avec accès privé. Proche des plages (moins de 3 minutes à pied !!) . Propriétaires agréables et avenants. Je conseil ce logement ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Avis mitigé

Maison bien située dans un joli cadre, belle vue. Magnifiques plages à proximité. Nous avons malheureusement eu un temps très gris et pluvieux durant notre séjour et été contraint de passer plus de temps que prévu dans la location. La maison est bien pour 4 mais pas plus, les pièces comme la cuisine et le salon étant assez petites et sans le mobilier suffisant, nous devions prendre le mobilier de jardin pour tous nous asseoir. Le salon fait éventuellement office de 3eme chambre, d’où un manque de confort dans cette pièce. Les chambres et salles d’eau sont très bien et confortables. Pour nous, le logement est davantage adapté à la belle saison. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir intégrer le logement plus tôt que prévu et d’en bénéficier plus longtemps le jour de notre départ tardif. J’étais un peu déçue qu’il n’y ait aucun jouet pour les enfants ni aucune petite attention pour les parents... pas grave mais on y est sensible.

Conforme aux photos et descriptif. Exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Propriétaire très disponible au téléphone à la moindre occasion. C'est Abritel qui est plus surprenant, à ne recréditer la caution qu'à la fin du mois d'octobre, malgré le feu vert du propriétaire avant la fin septembre !

agréable séjour avec un accueil tres sympathique

je conseille cette location mais plutôt pour 4 personnes , pour 6 c'est possible mais cela supprime le petit salon et on doit passer par le salon pour sortir de la 2eme chambre Par contre rien à redire sur le confort, les 2 salles de bain sont fonctionnelles , la cuisine bien équipée , la vue magnifique et les propriétaires charmants et discrets à recommander sans hésiter

Un lieu magique

Nous avons passé cet été une semaine féérique dans cet appartement. La vue sur la presqu’ile d'Isolella est magnifique. La petite crique est à 2 minutes de marche et lors de notre séjour, nous y étions pratiquement seuls. De belles vacances, dans un appartement sobre, mais propre et bien aménagé. Pour nous, ça a été un lieu magique!

A very nice and lovely place with very friendly and careful hosts.

The flat and the garden are very nice. Everything is well-thought-out and useful. The interior is in a very good condition and clean anyway. The hosts are very cooperative and try to fulfill every wish if possible. Late arrival due to the connection is not a problem at all if communicating it before. You should use this chance to check what towels and bed linen can be loaned out or have to be brought (size is important). The flat has a very nice roofed terrace which allows to have all meals - breakfast, lunch or dinner - outside, protects from wind, too much sun or even rainy weather. You can enjoy the sunset from there with a nice bottle of wine. If you don't expect luxury but a well balanced flat (between convenience, lovely decor and interior and a beautiful garden) then you are at the right address. Very suitable for young and older children. The infrastructure is very good. You will find restaurants and supermarkets. The sea and beach is very close - you can walk. Everything else you will find in Ajaccio or in the countryside.

Wir haben unser Aufenhalt sehr genossen. Gut versorgte Ferienwohnung. Eigentümmer freundlich und hilfreich. Der Garten und Terrase waren super. Sicht auf dem Meer und Bucht. Und tatsächlich nur wenige Minuten laufen zum Strand.

Belle prestation accueil agréable vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un décor parfait avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d Ajaccio. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil ils sont chaleureux souriants et discrets. La prestation est de qualité avec deux belles chambres. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la vaisselle ne manque pas ! Les lieux sont propres ! Nous recommandons cette prestation et remercions encore les charmants propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans une location en tous points conforme à la description. Appartement plaisant dès le 1er coup d'oeil, clair et très bien agencé, très bien situé, à deux pas de petites plages. L'accueil y est est chaleureux et les propriétaires aussi aimables que discrets. Si nous revenons en Corse, c'est là que nous viendrons.

Bon accueil, séjour au calme

Les ponts forts de cette location sont l'équipement intérieur : il ne manque rien, et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Une petite plage est à 3 mn. Les ponts faibles sont la disposition des pièces en enfilade, le manque de clarté et la haie qui occulte la vue sur la mer. Le beau temps compense l’exiguïté du salon pour s'y réunir ou y déjeuner à 4. Voiture indispensable.

Excellent séjour

La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif. L'appartement est complètement indépendant de la maison du propriétaire (qui est présent pour toute question, et reste très discret). Jardin bien entretenu et ombragé. Accueil très sympathique (Même le champagne frais à l'arrivée !) Très bien situé à 10 min à pied de 2 petites plages et de la grande plage d'Agosta, et 10min en voiture de la plage d'argent. Vue magnifique sur la baie, et le couché de soleil sur les sanguinaires est un spectacle journalier. En résumé une location plutôt haut de gamme à recommander.
