Large front rear and side yards at the end of a quiet dead end street - perfect for children. Bedrooms and living areas are spread out allowing privacy for large groups. There is a large open recreation/game room with ping pong, fooseball, big screen TV, etc….. with 6 bed bunk room above in a separate wing of the house.

Amazing property, great location, A++ stay!
Location was so incredibly convenient to town, the property was very clean and had TONS of room for 12 of us, amazing views out the back of the house, and very comfortable. Property owner was accommodating and kind, highly recommend this property!

Perfect Group Getaway
Beautiful home, that is perfect for a big group. A lot of different rooms in the house so people can also have their privacy if needed. Walk to town was a solid 15 minutes but didn't mind the walk whatsoever. The island of Natucket is fabolous this time of year. Would reccomend to all!

Amazing Vacation on Nantucket!
This property was the prefect spot for a Nantucket getaway. The pool was amazing!!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Great accommodations and amenities.

Beautiful property
Every September we do a friends trip to Nantucket. This yea, we were lucky enough to stay at this location. The outdoor space is amazing with a heated pool and fire pit. The house isn’t far from town. The host was very communicative and answered any questions we had. We all hope to return next year!

Finding a property on island to accommodate 11 adults comfortably was not easy. This home was absolutely fabulous allowing privacy and space. The pool and game room were an added bonus. It’s less than a mile walk to town and even bikes were provided. Would book again. Host was responsive and easy to get a hold of

Great Nantucket Get Away
This home was in the perfect location to be close to town. The kids loved having the bikes to use. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a breakfast at home. Double washer and dryers made laundry easy. The pool and gas fire pit were a great addition!

Centerpiece of a great vacation!
This house was as advertised! Our group was three families of four, with kids wanting from 9-14. We had only bikes, and were able to get to beaches, stores, restaurants, and of course the Cisco brewery from this house. Even with the great access to all these amazing locales, the house itself was the best part of the vacation. Beautiful pool, great fire pit, well-supplied kitchen, and a spacious and secluded yard made for hours and hours of memories for this travel group. David was great with his communication, and all the necessary VRBO administrative stuff was paired with extremely helpful information about the property, how to make things work, and where to find things, etc. We are already looking forward to planning a return trip to Nantucket, but only if we can get this house again!!

Perfect Friends Getaway
David's home is large and spacious which is such a rare find on island! It comfortably fit our group of 14. We loved that it backed up to the bog and felt very private. There's so much to do on property between the pool, bbq, and indoor amenities - and town is only a short walk away. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Best weekend ever!
This home makes for a picture perfect weekend. The property is beautiful and isolated from other neighboring homes. The pool was heated to 85 degrees and we truly just relaxed and soaked up the sun. Highly recommend to anyone going to Nantucket with a large group!

Great house, just as advertised. Plenty of space for our group of adults. Exterior was stunning! The lot is huge and well manicured, and it backs up to a meadow. We saw deer and rabbits every day. Pool is a highlight, of course. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Loved the outdoor shower and game room. Location was great for us, as we had a car, although it is walkable to town for coffee/exercise/etc. We had one minor plumbing issue that David took care of right away. Excellent stay. We will be back!

Great group rental!
Fantastic house layout for large groups, amazing pool and yard, great location (walk or bike into town, steps beach, something natural, etc). Only thing would be that the bathrooms were outdated, but aside from that it was awesome. David was great to communicate with and an excellent host.

LOVELY HOME
Overall this property is well located, has a beautiful pool and is very private. The house has been nicely updated but it did seem a bit not ready for prime time; the window treatments were missing or broken on many windows, there were some exposed wires outside , and could use some bathroom updating; We were given a long list of rules but when we tried to reach the manager over a broken coffee pot and a missing pool pump, and adjusting the pool temperature it was unsuccessful.

Great location, great yard, great pool, plenty of bedrooms, needs some maintenance, listing said four bathrooms, but it’s 3 bathroom which was very tight and an outdoor shower (which was lovely). Bathrooms not well maintained. Sinks not draining. Window coverings not functional. Sunsets amazing at property. Great having bikes.

Lovely spacious home
Overall well equippedj home. Kithchen fully furnished and enough plates, etc for a large crown. The dishwasher was a bit tricky to get going. The 6 need kids room was large airy and delightful. The pool was in great shape, so much lawn, beach, bike stuff in the basement. We did not use the outdoor fireplace. The interior bathrooms are serviceable, but not luxurious in any sense. The outdoor shower came in handy. If anyone finds a wooden rook rolling around, its ours! Very comfy and plentiful sitting and dining furniture. Two baby duty washers and two baby duty dryers which were on noon stop to keep towels etc going. Plenty of white towels stocked. A great time was had!

Perfect for wedding party
My husband and I got married on Nantucket. We stayed in David's house with our wedding party. It was the perfect home base for all of us! The pool was excellent and the backyard is absolutely stunning. My husband and I did our first look in the backyard and the pictures were gorgeous. Would definitely come back. Thanks David!

Wonderful stay
The property was the perfect place for our long weekend getaway. The house fit 16 of us very comfortably. There was ample amount of space for our large group to rest and entertain. The pool and fire pit were great additions as well. The house is an easy 15-20 minute walk to town for shopping and dining. David was a very accommodating and responsive host. Would highly recommend to those traveling to Nantucket with a large group.
