Located on a quiet cove just off the main channel of Lake Hamilton with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, this cozy 600-square-foot, completely remodeled cottage is a relaxing retreat for getting away from it all or a comfy landing place for a weekend full of activity. With a mix of contemporary finishes and eclectic furnishings, LakePlace Cottage features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and one bath.

Enjoy the scenery … any season! The vaulted ceiling living area opens to a large deck with the best views of Music Mountain, the highest point in Hot Springs National Park. Fire up the gas grill in the courtyard for an outdoor feast, lounge on the deck and read to sound of birds and waves lapping the shoreline, or take a sunset boat ride on the calm waters. With 45 feet of lakeshore in the Stokes Creek Basin, you can go fishing in your own back yard, right off your private, one boat slip covered dock! Please be aware there is a long stair walk down to the dock, which may not suitable for the elderly or frail.

Fall fast asleep snuggled in luxury linens atop a Casper mattress — with high-density memory foam — on the queen bed featuring a custom headboard fashioned from re-purposed wood from the original house. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area increases guest capacity! The bathroom features a built-in vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer closet.

High-speed wireless Internet access is also provided, and WiFi allows access to your favorite streaming media using our large screen HDTV.

Please be aware that no animals of any kind are allowed on our property, and no smoking and vaping of any kind are allowed inside the Cottage or on the exterior deck.

Cleanest VRBO Ever!

Truly. This was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed at. Everything was pristine. The house is darling. The deck is amazing. The view is perfect and so peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, which we loved. The shower was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable... both really nice features in a VRBO. The house is just about a 10-minute drive to downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park; excellent location! Super easy check-in process. Great communication with owners. Only two things would have made this rental even better: 1) window coverings on the four small windows in the main living area (my son slept on the pull-out couch, and it was very bright with those windows bare; and 2) a stool in the shower.Can't say enough good things!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!

PERFECT WEEKEND

My husband and I had one of the best times we have had in a long time. The cabin was perfect in every way, we had a blast in town, from the horse races to all the places we ate, Cajun Broilers, Ouachita Grill, 501 Prime. Oaklawn was beautiful and such a great time. We will absolutely come back and book to stay in the same cabin. Thank you for a special and beautiful place to stay.

Engagement get-away.

This was the perfect place. Me and my fiancé traveled to hot springs last minute and grabbed this cottage, and it was the best decision. The views were beautiful, it was cozy and clean, nice area and close to EVERYTHING! We will be back!! Highly recommend !!

Beautiful Autumn View

This cottage is in a very good location for many reasons. One, it is just a few minutes from everywhere you would want to go. Two, the roads getting to the cottage are very easy to remember, and not a lot of turns getting in and out. Three, the view is breathtaking in the late fall looking over the lake and towards the mountain, and watching the small airplanes take off and land was interesting for the children and the adults too.

Great weekend trip

Cute and comfy house! Such a great view of the lake and really peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. Only a few minutes from everything in Hot Springs. The house was very clean and updated and had plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking.

Short little getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage was perfect! We loved the views & the deck. Only downside was we only got to stay one night. Loved looking at the album of before/after photos from the renovation. Made us appreciate it so much more. Will definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful Lake Cottage

We loved the location, the cottage overlooks the lake! The inside was so well done, full kitchen and fridge as well. After our travels…the little things like ice made us feel at home :) Hosts are amazing in communication

Perfect Getaway

This place has the best view and a beautiful porch. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the mornings, and the lake breeze made it cool even in August. We had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast each morning! It was very spacious for two people but might be a little crowded for more than that. We had a wonderful time! It was clean and well-stocked! The neighbors were sweet too!

Great getaway for two

My wife and I spent two nights here and it was wonderful. The view out the main door and back windows is beautiful. Well stocked and super clean, and just as described and photographed. We are used to a soft king bed, and the queen bed in the bedroom was a little firmer. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. We would most definitely stay here again.
