Comfortable stay

As the name suggests, this is a fairly basic home, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a night of rest while cycling the Great Southern rail trail. Perfect location, easy walk to the main street, and it accommodated the 4 of us perfectly. Hope to stay again if visiting the area.

Good lovely property! It isn’t anything fancy but very cosy and warm! Beds are comfortable and great facilities. And importantly in town and so close to everywhere around.

Great location

Very close to shops and rail trail. Old but comfortable and clean. Would be easier without all shrubbery on fence in driveway to unload with 2 vehicles. Just a suggestion. Stayz let us down with no communication on check-in. Appreciated owner helping us out.

Comfortable Stay in a Cozy, Old, Yet Clean House

Our recent stay at this property was a pleasant experience. The house, although older, was clean and well-maintained. It matched the description provided, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay throughout our visit.

Excellent home in an amazing location

We stayed here after riding a section of the great southern rail trail. It is located in the heart of town. It’s very spacious and super comfortable for our group of 8 people. We very much enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Cosy cottage on Great Southern Rail Trail

Meeniyan is a vibrant town that is on the rail trail. This cottage has everything you need for a stopover with cosy beds, large kitchen, 2 sitting areas, nice hot shower and the potential to accommodate 8 people (2 bunk beds). The house is a short walk from the main shopping street and restaurants. Communication with the host is warm, friendly and helpful.

Short stay

The check-in details and process were extremely user friendly. David was very responsive. The house is a cute throw back in time. We were very comfortable with the heating provided even though the weather was cold. The heating had been turned on for us prior to our arrival. Really nice touch - thank you. Super easy to walk to the hotel for dinner, cafes and shops.

Perfect for our needs!

This was our fourth stay at the house, and once again we were very happy with everything. The improvements that have been done were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfy, and the fresh flowers added a lovely element. The location is ideal for the rail trail, and the close proximity to the main street is also a bonus. We will definitely be back next year! Many thanks 😊

Sib's Weekend

My 3 sisters and I stayed for a weekend catch-up. The house is quite old and dated, and some of the doors don't close properly (including the shower door) It was quite musty, and needed airing, but most of the windows couldn't be opened. Otherwise, bed's were comfortable and the place was cosy and had everything we required. Location was central to everything the town has to offer. WYSIWYG - What You See Is What You Get. A perfect name. We would certainly stay there again

Comfortable and convenient

The house is in a great spot, warm and comfortable with everything we needed. It’s a bit old and needed some maintenance throughout, nothing major just a bit of TLC. Owner was very understanding when we accidentally overstayed our booking and overall I recommend this house for a stay.
