We checked in late with no issues. There was enough parking for our two trucks and trailers inning the street parking. The only disappointments I had was a confusion and was looking for the address as SE and it was SW. Once we got that figured out we found the house. Also we had 6 adults and I misunderstood that there were five separate bedrooms, there was one with a ull out couch and we were expecting a real bed. It would have been a great place for a family with kids. The games and the backyard were awesome. We loved the fire pit table. Thanks.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Photos inaccurate except the backyard
Checkin: 1/5The checkin was very confusing. I got an email telling me to check a different booking website for our code to the lockpad, even though we booked via VBRO.Communication: 5/5When I called the host, he picked up right away, which was good because it was already 9:30pm by the time we got into town Location and Neighborhood: 2/5We didn't get a welcoming vibe, because there was a car idling nearby for a very long time, the area is rundown considering the price being charged, and the home did not have a garage to secure our car in. Cleanliness: 4/5The place had been cleaned, and I appreciated that after the confusing checkin and the anxiety about the neighborhood, the backyard had a fun playground for the kids to relax and play in the next morning.
Our stay was excellent. Anthony was very accommodating and very friendly. The property was perfect for our Family and Grandchildren. The home was very clean inside and out. It felt like home, everything needed was there. The outside play ground equipment the children loved, the play room was loved by all the family. The beds slept good. We loved the property, we’ll be back!
Amazing. From long before we arrived. Anthony answered all my questions, had a little Christmas tree set up per my request, and checked on us during the stay. About the property: It’s nice, it’s not fancy, but I would have been terrified to have 6 adults, a 7 year old, twin 2-1/2 year olds, and a 20 month old in most of the short term rentals I’ve stayed in. We also had my son who lives in Albuquerque and his family over with their kids 6&8 years old. The playground saved us so much frustration by keeping the kids busy outside and not stuck insoors. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining supplies, lots of spices, staples, etc. Heads up to those that haven’t spent much time in a city. It’s a city with many neighborhoods and many cultures. This is an average neighborhood. It’s actually friendly and many of the activities we chose were in that area. The zoo really is a short walk away. Everyone agreed it was the perfect place for us. Even without the kids, the house was a good fit. Fire pit in the back yard. Large screen Roku tvs. A video machine with hundreds of games. Lots of seating. Great kitchen.
Great place for our long weekend in Albuquerque. Clean and plenty of room. Cool artwork in the backyard and kids loved the game room. Close to downtown and zoo.
We were in town for my daughters gymnastic meet. The kids loved the house from the outdoor games to the arcade room. House was in close proximity to everything we want to see and do.
We stayed there in the middle of a heat wave and the AC broke. The owner immediately had service people to help, it was 10pm and he got someone over in 20 minutes. These things happen and Elijah consistently checked in and because of the inconvenience offered a discount. We will stay with him again.
This property was awesome. We had four adults and five children. The children's ages ranged from 7 years old to 15 years old. They loved the arcade and we had a hard time getting them to go away from all the activities in the backyard to explore more of what Albuquerque had to offer.
We really enjoyed this place. It was clean and exactly as it was described on the listing.
Stress free❤️ Owner responsive to email and text inquiry. Allowed us to check in earlier. Anthony was very helpful. Location is perfect👍 There were 8 of us seniors. Plenty of space. Kitchen great. All love this home. We enjoyed shopping at the Old Town. Oldest Catholic church in Albuquerque located in Old Town is beautiful. We visited it often. Highly recommened
Thanks Anthony,
Virgincita
As advertised! Clean, normal, nice things on the property. Awesome appliances and furniture. We needed both the AC and the heat and it worked perfectly. So clean. Beds were comfortable with very nice sheets and pillows. Furniture clean and real sized. Loved the different areas to visit in with our crowd. Backyard was great. Game room was great. We had 11 people and it worked out great. We felt safe the entire visit. Owner was available for questions the entire time.
We stayed at this property to be close to the Isleta Amphitheater for an event. The four bedrooms provided ample space for seven adults to stay comfortably. The backyard had a nice table and patio area. And we had a great time playing the arcade games! Home was clean and beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was in the south part of town but was quiet.
Property had plenty of room for for two families to spread out. The backyard play area was great, completely fenced in with a play structure the kids enjoyed (4, 8 and 10 years old). There was a nice patio table and extra chairs for the adults to enjoy as well when it started to cool down outside. Kitchen was a little small but well stocked. Only downside was, there was no dishwasher so we opted to order out for dinner and buy paper plates since we were only there a few nights. Hopefully, a dishwasher will be installed in the future to make eating in more enjoyable.
We had a few minor issues in the beginning, one that was just part of owning a home. Anthony and Liela were extremely quick to respond, answer questions and make sure that everything was taken care of so we could enjoy our stay.
Location was amazing if you have kids that want to take advantage of the Bio park and/or zoo. Neighborhood is in an older part of Albuquerque but felt safe. AC worked well, which in 95-100 degree weather made the stay extremely comfortable.
Overall, I would recommend this house for families or large groups.
The property was easily located and close to the airport as well as downtown. We especially liked how close to the zoo the house was.
Owner checked in throughout to offer support which was much appreciated. Very good rental for the price point.
Everything was perfect! Had a little trouble getting in but the problem was resolved within minutes. The kids loved the play area out back and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!
The house was very clean and nicely set up. We really enjoyed the game room with the arcade machine. Most importantly, the owners kept in touch with us and left their cell phone number in case we needed anything.
This place was great. The host was always making sure if we needed anything during our stay and always checking up on us. The neighborhood was very quiet. My daughter loved the playset in the backyard and I enjoyed playing the the arcade games. Overall this place and host were really great.
The host was always quick to respond. The house was decorated very nicely. It was a great house for our group. It had everything we needed. We are looking forward to visiting again!
We stayed at this house with another family with small children for one night on our way to Colorado. After an 11 hour drive it was great to unload our stuff and let the children play on the fort in the backyard while the parents relaxed. Having a washer dryer was nice for cleaning clothes from the drive. Accommodations were very clean and Anthony was very helpful. We ordered take out and watched TV in the front living room while the kids watched tv in the back playroom. So much better than staying in a best western or something along the way.
I do wish the parking was a little more secure so we didn’t have to take all our luggage inside, but there was plenty of space for our two cars to park off the street even with the Handiman’s truck parked in front of the house as well. There was also a front door camera which made me feel a little more secure.
The ABQ bio park is right around the corner. If we had stayed another day we would have definitely checked it out.
Overall a great stay!

Nice place
The description of the place and the overall experience was mostly good. We did have a minor issue with the hot water but they were able to correct that the same day. my only complaint is it took a little too long for communications between the property manager and myself. both times I had a minor issue it took him too long to respond but when he did respond he took care of the issue.
