Architecturally designed two story beach house, opposite the beach that has only recently been built. Luxurious designer kitchen complete with all the facilities you will need to cook up a storm for the family or your friends. Or knock up a feast on the massive 6 burner BBQ on the back sundeck.

Three generous bedrooms, four large beds sleeps eight people with kitchen facilities, dining room, laundry and upstairs and downstairs living room.

Enjoy the spa bath in the opulent master room ensuite.

TV's in the main upstairs living room, master bedroom and downstairs living room to keep the kids entertained whilst you are admiring the ocean views from your private balcony.

Double car remote roller door lock up garage that has beach toys, chairs and the like for your stay on the beach. Internal access from the garage.

Townhouse has alarm for your security.

Less than 50m to the beach. You will love the clean beach, perfect for the quiet weekend, for time at the beach with the family, visiting the local vineyards, taking a walk along the myriad of local tracks or for exploring the Peninsula. Enjoy the hot springs or relax in the sunshine - endless choices surround you.

Split system cooler / heaters in all bedrooms and living rooms for those hot summer days or the chilly winter nights.

Towels and linen are included so you can enjoy stay with the minimum of fuss.

Shops and restaurants are only a short distance away.

Beachside escape

Very clean, spacious and well equipped property, secure parking behind roller door. Balcony view to ocean and close walk. Easy drive from Melbourne and good base to explore Mornington Peninsula. Supermarket close by at Rye. Easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend

I organised this stay for my upcoming birthday getaway with some friends. Convenient location to Mornington Peninsula day spa, short walk to beach and shops close by. We would book again. Clean and tidy place, modern. Plenty of short drive experiences

Glorious beach stay

What can I say about this home? It beautifully kept, very neat and tidy with many conveniences. Really comfortable beds and bedding, excellent kitchen for cooking, lovely bathrooms and great shower pressure. Wonderful location, walking distance to the beach and cafes and close to all attractions on the Penninsula. Excellent communication from the owners made this an extremely enjoyable stay.

Nice house near the beach

Comfortable house with good space and light. Good firm beds and plenty of towels provided. Kitchen cupboards could benefit from a bit of a clean out. Across the road from the beach which has shallow water with sandbanks that are great to walk on at low tide. Dean communicated well and generously allowed us to arrive early.

Rosebud stay

Close to advertise beach, however on a really busy road, hard to cross road with kids. Was a tad noisy also, we couldn’t have to doors and windows open. House had all amenities listed. Could do with a good clean in the kitchen area, inside cupboards and appliances dirty and grimy to touch.

The bed I slept in was terribly hard and you could hear the traffic of the main road so do bring ear plugs. The other two beds were fine. The place was not cleaned to a good standard. Fridge handles filthy, chip crumbs on couch, coffee machine dirty, floors dirty

A clean comfortable home

A short weekend away to the hot springs and home was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space and all the amenities you need including sheet, linens, towels and across the beach. Close to main road so if you’re a light sleeper might be a small issue as you can hear the cars and occasional sirens but we slept very comfortably and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas! Would highly recommend. Two showers, three toilets and main bedroom with en-suite is upstairs, the other two bedrooms are downstairs - all double/queen beds. Host was responsive, great stay overall.

Amazing Location

Beautiful home and stunning location, so close to the beach and cafes etc. Very clean home and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy and Dean was great with communicating before check in. Only recommendation would be a door on the master ensuite for privacy. Highly recommend staying, would love to come back in summer.

Fabulous beach house stay

Our family loved this home, right across the road from the beach. Less than 10 minutes from the hot springs and perfect for exploring the peninsula. Dean (the owner) was very welcoming and informative via email and the home comes equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Beautiful, very clean property. Short walk to the beach and a lovely place to stay. Although there was only 2 of us, it is big enough for 2 families. The photos don't do justice - the home is quite new, very bright and airy, with beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Dean.

Great location and modern place, well equipped, communicative host

As advertised, across the road from the beach and a short walk to the main foreshore. Beautifully appointed home with many options for dining in, on the deck, balcony etc. Host was very responsive and there were lots of useful bits and pieces, like an automatic coffee machine and a wagon for taking things to the beach. Our young one had a great time. Short drive to the shops. A little traffic noise at night but easily solved by closing windows.

Home away from home

We had the best time at this beautiful town house. It was clean and well presented and had everything you needed in a short walk or drive. With the beach right across the road we couldn’t ask for anything better. Great communication with the owners who were also lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend :)

Perfect place for family summer holiday!

Our family spent a great couple of weeks at Capel Sound. Location was very convenient, right across the road from the beach and a good distance to cafes, shops and other attractions along the Peninsula. The house itself was perfect and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Communication from Dean was excellent from the moment we booked. Highly recommended!
