On a clifftop overlooking Rosedale beach, this fabulous contemporary home will delight. Appreciate the ocean views from the open plan kitchen/dining area, which opens onto a fabulous verandah, or savour the sea breezes while you enjoy a BBQ under the trees. Check out the surf from the top of the cliff before you walk to the beach, just 100m down the street.

Equipped with NBN, TVs, fireplace, board games and pantry staples, this is a great family holiday house set up to help you enjoy all the south coast has to offer. The beds are made up with fresh linen (included), it couldn't be easier. Arrive, and relax!

There are 4 large bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms (please note that bath towels are NOT included) and a powder room. The kids will love a separate lounge area just for them. The high ceilings, modern furnishings and tranquil ambiance of this property will ensure a relaxing holiday for all the family.

Great house, great location, great host!

We loved our stay! The location and views from the house are amazing. Perfect for couples or families. The genuine Weber kettle bbq is the cherry on top! Melissa was super helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more and would have no hesitation in booking again. If you like some morning exercise be sure to take your goggles and join the locals for a daily 8am swim along the beach (approx 1.5km). Everyone is super friendly. We'll stay longer next time.

A lovely escape

A fantastic weekend in a very charming Rosedale area. The house is in the forest with view on the ocean. The owner is very friendly and everything went very smoothly.

Great weekend getaway

Great property with magnificent views of the ocean. Perfect for two families. Everything you need for kids to be occupied - which was handy as it rained heavily the whole weekend we were there. The fireplace was a lovely addition and added to the relaxed atmosphere. A great place to stay on the South Coast.

Smooth and pleasant

Very nice spot, lovely house, easy renting. There were a couple of things for us to solve ourselves (and we never did find out how to get the oven to work, but I'm sure we would have done if we'd persisted!) but they were no problem. Overall delightful.

Beautiful Retreat

Paradise

A perfectly positioned property with stunning beach views across Rosedale. We enjoyed great weather and our choice of beaches. For indoor time, kids just loved pulling out board games, puzzles and toys from all over the house. We appreciated plastic kids plates, bowls and cutlery. To top it off the neighbours gave us some of their freshly baked sourdough and helped my son find his lost basketball. There are no fences despite a cliff nearby and a steep driveway. Otherwise very accessible and easy maintenance. Excellent communication from the owner and clear instructions around the house. Highly recommend Rosedale!

Beautiful South Coast Oasis

Rosedale is such a beautiful little seaside village and the property was perfect. Spectacular view, layout of the house really suits the location and dealing with the owner Melissa was such a pleasure. Definitely will be back in the near future
