The downstairs living area includes a blu-ray player, Sony Muteki blue tooth sound system, table tennis table and an 8X4 pool table.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled water. The sink is fitted with a filter tap.

Public golf courses are located within a 20 minute drive at Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Mt Compass. Whale watch from nearby coastal vantages during the winter months or ride the historical Cockle Train all year round.

Linen, Cleaning and Availability Conditions

All bed linen is supplied including quilts, quilt covers, pillow cases and pillows. Bath and beach towels are not provided. Guests will need to supply their own and bath and beach towels. A $130 cleaning fee is additional for all bookings. A cot and high chair is available upon request at no extra charge.

Free unlimited WiFi is available at the property through a NBN connection. Netflix is available on all televisions.
