Friday check-in and check-out mid-June through August. Check-in days may be variable in the shoulder seasons.

The 1st king bedroom is located off the north side of the mezzanine overlooking the pool and patio has a smart TV, Sonos sound system, and 2 walk-in closets. The attached bathroom has a heated floor, a custom shower with rain shower head, and a separate tub.
The 2nd king bedroom is located off the south side of the mezzanine overlooking the pool and patio. It has a smart TV, Sonos sound system, and 2 walk-in closets. The attached bathroom has a heated floor, a custom shower with rain shower head, and a separate tub.
The 3rd king bedroom is accessed by a private staircase off the back hall. It has a larger seating area with 2 comfy chairs, Sonos sound system, and 2 closets. The attached bathroom has a heated floor and custom shower.
The 4th king bedroom is located on the first floor and has window seats overlooking the pool, a smart TV, Sonos sound system, and 2 built-in closets. The attached bathroom has a heated floor and custom shower with rain shower head.
The 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds and is located off the west side of the mezzanine. It has an attached bathroom and a custom shower. If requested as a 5th king bedroom, these beds can be pushed together and prepared with king linens.
The 6th bedroom has built-in twin bunk beds and is located on the lower level. There is one natural daylight window and 2 closets. The attached bathroom has a custom shower.
The 7th bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk and is located on the lower level. There are three natural daylight windows and 2 closets. There is an attached custom shower. The bathroom may be kept private to the bedroom or opened and accessible to game room.
The office, or 8th bedroom, is located on the 1st floor and has a queen Comfort Sleeper (high density foam) and a desk. There is a printer in the closet. The attached bath has a custom shower.
SECOND FLOOR:
The mezzanine seating area is open to the living room. There is a 2nd laundry room on the mezzanine level.
LOWER LEVEL:
The media room has a 78'' Smart TV, Sonos Sound system, wet bar, and natural daylight windows. The game room has a pool table. There is also a 3rd washer and dryer on the lower level.
OUTDOOR:
The patio has a heated pool, Paloform fire pit, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and 2 outdoor showers. The pool has a salt chlorination system, gentle on your health, a superior way to sanitize. Pool heat is provided during the summer months and some of the shoulder season. A warm water foot wash is located by each mudroom door.
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the front driveway and 1 vehicle on the side drive.

No refunds. If the period can be re-rented, Tenant will receive a pro-rated refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
