First Turn Condo at Charlotte Motor Speedway

This was originally Bruton Smith's own Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for a view of the race track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, this includes it's own PRIVATE balcony and a side window (only 8 units in entire building is Penthouses).

If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 6 people inside condo FREE of charge. Additional people require tickets and will be charged extra.

Nascar vacation

Enjoyable Holiday Stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Loved the holiday lights and just having a very unique place to socialize. The condo feels larger than it is with the open view of the track and the way it is arranged there was plenty of space for our entire family to enjoy their meal! Highly recommend this experience.

Perfect Location and Accommodation

It was beautiful Carolina blue sky weather and the condo was perfect. It was just the two of us so it was a real treat to have a place this nice and large. There were a few things going on track so that was fun watching too. Our first visit but not our last for sure!

Great place to stay

Speedway Stay

We drove the cars in the Rusty Wallace Experience and could not have had a better place to stay!! The room was cozy and clean but best of all was the view of the racetrack!! Perfect location for any event at the speedway.

The condo is great. It's clean and a great location. It's a great place to stay even if you are not a race fan. If you are a race fan it is the place to stay, always something going on. Why stay in a noisy hotel room when you can stay in a condo that is quite and the VIEW. You have a wall of windows; we watched a thunderstorm come in and it was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. We can't wait to go back.

Great weekend trip

We stayed at this condo so my husband and son-in-law could do the drive experience at first just because it was so close but once we got the view of the track it was well worth everything to stay here. We had the BEST view of the track and the nascar track to watch all the cars. It was so amazing to wake up and be able to watch the cars run the track every morning. It was a great experience! The condo was so nice and clean. The host was so easy to get in touch with before we got there. I would suggest this condo for anybody who love cars and racing of all kinds.

Absolutely Amazing!

I strongly recommend this property! Stayed because my son was racing. Stay could not have been better. Condo is amazing. Beds were comfortable. We loved it. Property manager always around and got back to me right away. We will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful view!

What a great property. You get wonderful views of the track and it was easy to get in and upstairs. The locals who live in the complex are very nice and friendly. They helped us find the correct lock box. The only downside was it got very drafty at night being on the first level and just having open grandstands under the unit. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Christmas Stay!

The lights! The location! The view! We decided to give our grandchildren an experience for Christmas this year, and what an experience it was! The living room overlooks the Speedway Christmas lights, and we spent our evenings looking at the lights. Absolutely stunning! The condo was well-appointed and very comfortable. The instructions for checking in were very clear and we appreciated the step-by-step instructions for getting to the location, getting the key to the lobby, and finding the condo on the property. The location is just a few miles from Concord Mills and wide variety of restaurants in the area. We are already planning our trip next Christmas to this wonderful property. It is our new Christmas tradition!

Awesome trip

Family trip for the NASCAR Roval weekend. Condo was perfect for our group. Pictures and description are very accurate and all communication was clear and timely. Can not imagine a better setup for a visit to the track.

This condo is beautiful and the view of the track is unmatched! It was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The beds and pillows were super comfortable as well and the location to restaurants, stores and the mall is perfect. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Summer 2023

Had a great 2 night stay at First Turn Condo. This trip was the beginnng of a 10 day vacation and what a way to start! Bottle of welcome wine when we arrived, plenty of coffee for the Keurig. Waking up to the track view was first rate for our group, would love to go back on a race day! Overall, a very nice stay with a first rate experience!

Amazing view!!

What a fantastic property! Our family absolutely loved to be able to sit on the couches and overlook Charlotte Motor Speedway! Even though we weren't there for a race, there was always something going on. Got to watch the Mustangs from the Ford Performance Driving School practice on the Roval as well as the more exotic sports cars from Xtreme Xperience! We were there to hit as much NASCAR related stuff as possible and the location was perfect. Just a short drive to Penske, Hendrick, Stewart-Haas, Trackhouse, and many more! Easy to get to the Hall of Fame and UNC Charlotte as well! Eric was fantastic, very quick to answer any questions that we had, a great experience! We hope to be back soon!
