About this property

HOUSE - 02 BEDROOMS - AIR AND WIFI

We have been advertisers on the site since 2010.
First as an individual, now as a company. We are in Caiobá resort, 650 meters far from the waterfront.
Very safe place and close to everything. Markets, pizzeria, snack bars, bars, shops, among others.

The photos of the pools are from a park near the city.
the lease does not allow entry to the park, but we have a convention, whose passport in 50%

On the coast of Paraná we have great beaches, not to mention that they are all being revitalized, to better serve our tourists.
We have beaches with waves (known as brava beach) and beaches without waves (known as mansa beach). Being on the coast you will be able to know several tourist spots, including Ilha do Mel. Another tourist spot, the ferry boat crossing to Guaratuba beach.
We will be available to better guide our guests.

Casa muito confortável, com todos os utensílios necessários.

estive la com minha esposa e filhas . Acasa e comfortavel como esta no anuncio ,perto de tudo e do mar tambem . Quanto ao Ilson super atencioso não tive dificudade respondia a todas minhas duvidas a qualquer horas facio a negociação. A dona Cida tambem e ecelente atenciosa e disposta todos sao otimos valeu as feria ,segunda vez que estivemos la e vamos denovo . recomendo a todos

Excelente!!!

O imóvel é excelente,o espaço adequado para a hospedagem, acomodou minha família muito bem. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente,( só não tinha a tábua de passar e o ferro) local próximo a distribuidora de bebidas, mercados, farmácias, muito tranquilo! É necessário destacar também o tratamento da caseira dona Cida, super educada e que nos recepcionou muito bem! O proprietário sempre presente esclarecendo todas as dúvidas durante o processo de reserva. Por isso já faz quatro anos que escolhemos esse local para passar a temporada.
