Primero la comunicación por VRBO es muy mala. Le indiqué a los inquilinos lo siguiente: 1. Hay manchas de rayones azules en la pared, previo a nuestra llegada 2. La llave del lavamanos del baño no funciona muy bien, está un poco atorado 3. La mesa del comedor está muy muy poco firme 4.⁠ ⁠De las sillas del comedor solo dos funcionan medianamente 5. Los sartenes están en mal estado 6. La lámpara de la mesa de noche del cuarto frente al baño no funciona y así varias cosas más. Me parece muy injusto que el cobro sea el mismo si la calidad del espacio no era el que se indicó. Además de la falta de señalar el ruido de la calle.

Our stayed was for 20 days and we felt the kitchen needs to be more equipped with pots, pans etc. Also there were no cleaning supplies. Needs extra bed sheets and towels.

The place looks nice and the area is safe, But it has a very poor maintenance we found duty showers and curtains, poor draining shower system and all door locks were bad causing to be looked out. We had a very bad moment when the master room locked by it self due to the owner Javier does not provide keys for the rooms on top of This issues the owner expected for me to pay me the smith key 17 usd. To have it unlock. Another thing I noticed was that the glass door to the balcony the locks does have looking issue , I will not recommended if you have kids it will be very unsafe. I will suggest to take your own tools because The owner will take for ever if you need service. More than happy to provide you with pictures it need it.
