Large windows bring the serene outdoor surroundings full of trees and light inside this stunning home.  Found in the heart of Sunriver, this thoughtfully laid-out, Luxury Mountain Retreat features an open floor plan which easily accommodates large or multiple families. 21 Vine Maple is located off a quiet street with no through-traffic - perfect for young children. The house itself sits on a large .25 acre lot with a great back deck within walking distance of Fort Rock park. The peacefulness of this setting is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners on the deck. A spacious family room offers plenty of room for socializing with comfortable seating either on the leather couches or in comfy, oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather your group around the large dining table, which seats 8 or in smaller groupings at the 4-person breakfast nook table or 3-person kitchen bar.

Two bedrooms have king beds (including 2 ensuites); the bunk bedroom sleeps 6 with a matching set of twin-over-queen pyramid bunks, and the 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.

For some friendly competition, head out to the garage for some Ping-Pong fun or a round of Pop-A-Shot! The spacious hot tub on the large deck provides a perfect opportunity to relax under the stars after an active day. Enjoy a ride along the miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver on one of the 7 adult Big Dog Bikes provided with this home.

Fantastic Stay for 3 families!

We had three families (kids ranging in age 10-15) and were very comfortable for the week with great spaces for all to spread out. The garage was a kids dream with pop a shot, foosball, ping pong, bikes, and kayaks. Our kids spent the majority of the time at the house there if not in the hot tub. The house was well stocked and the instructions for everything were clear and well thought out. Check in and communication were a breeze. Thanks for a great stay!

A comfortable, spacious home

There were eleven of us from 70 to 8, and all of us enjoyed the house. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple cooks and space around the table for everyone. When we head back to Sunriver, we will definitely be checking to see is Vine Maple 21 is available!

My only negatives, after a 7 hour drive looking forward to sitting in the hot tub to find it was set to 75 and having to wait till the next day. The second was walking into the front door and finding the back door wide open freaked my wife out a little. Things happen I understand and would stay again tomorrow.

We had a great time in Sunriver! The house was exactly what we expected and Bennington Properties was AMAZING to work with. They had great communication and when we accidentally left my son’s toy behind they were quick to help us find it and get it back. I would absolutely stay at this house again (it was perfect for 3 families) and I would definitely stay at another property that Bennington managed.
