Beautiful Remodeled 2/2 Condo Near Beaches, Wifi

PLEASE do NOT request less than 6 months in season. Minimum stay 1 month rental off season and 6 months for next season. This stunning apartment is only 1 mile to the ocean and beautiful beach of Delray. Very central and in the heart of all activities, restaurants, shops and close to the famous Atlantic Ave. Fully renovated and super clean. The apartment comprises, a spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big balcony overlooking the tennis courses and a laundry room with washing machine and a tumble dryer. Sheets, bath and beach towels are provided.
The apartment is on the third floor of a secured building with elevator. The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation and many lakes.
Very nice golf courses are nearby. Ideally located: 5 minutes from the lovely Delray beach, 5 minutes from Boca Raton, 15 minutes from Palm Beach and 45 minutes from Miami. Internet access with WiFi.

Totally recommend this wonderful apartment!

Christine was so hospitable and nice! She always answered my texts and emails. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, with nice decoration. It has everything we needed. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped so it was like cooking at home, it was perfect for us. My kids enjoyed the pool almost every day, and we stayed almost two months! It's a small pool but great! Awesome location! It is really near to the beach, and there are a lot of stores, supermarkets and restaurants around! Definitely a great choice!

Super appartement!! un hâvre de paix

Nous sommes venus louer cet appartement! super accueil chaleureux. Christine Mutelet nous a bien expliqué les alentours, d'ailleurs l'appartement est bien situé! juste à 3 min de la plage, supermarché juste à côté et une multitude de restaurants à côté. L' appartement est super propre avec une ''ambiance zen'' je recommande cet appartement à louer et les propriétaires sont toujours là et dispo pour toutes questions.
