The House. Architect designed, open plan living with a large deck and panoramic views across Moreton bay. Its north facing, hilltop location captures the sea breezes from all directions. It is double glazed and insulated with eco-friendly materials, negating the need for any air conditioning. Fans are present in all rooms, IF needed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, 2 family rooms, each with TV’s. Security cameras monitor the outside of the house and pool areas for your peace of mind.
The View. Brisbane to Caloundra, the Glass House mountains and the Tangalooma wrecks anchorage. Moreton bay is alive with boats, yachts, tankers and cruise ships. Catch a view of whales during winter. Best of all are the romantic sunsets that have inspired at least one marriage proposal on our deck.
Tangalooma Resort: The house is part of the resort and our guest may use all resort facilities (except dolphin feeding). Explore the resort, take a swim or dine at the resort. The wildlife includes numerous bird species, dolphins, fish turtles and dugongs.
