We loved the location of this property and the spacious backyard was great for the kids and our dog. I was quite frustrated after having checked the listing multiple times to then find out, after we had booked, that we needed to supply our own linens and towels. As a family of 5 this adds significant packing for us, not to mention washing when we arrive home. The house was clean although a few dishes had been put away dirty from previous users. Overall a nice stay.

Has potential but fell short
We arrived to find the property not properly cleaned, the bath mat still wet and the rubbish bin full of rubbish. It was clear no one had come in to clean in between the previous people and us.
The living area is spacious and bright but the bathroom feels more like an after thought and could really do with an update, especially the shower. It’s lucky there were only two of us, I couldn’t imagine a family coping with it.
We only used the main bedroom at the front of the house, it was musty and uninviting.
This is the first place I’ve rented where you have to provide linen and it was not an optional extra. If you are from interstate or overseas, I imagine it would be a huge turn off.
The whole house needs repairs and a good clean.
The tv’s are old and not HD, so make sure you pack your HDMI cable if you want to watch anything decent.
Our dogs enjoyed the backyard, it is fully fenced and pretty safe, although, if you have a large dog, I don’t think it would take too much for it to jump the front gate.
It is in a great location, close to the beach on a quiet street away from the town centre. However, the lack of basic amenities let it down, especially at that price.
In all, a pretty disappointing stay.
This property worked well for our weekend away with three family groups. With two spacious living areas, 3 bedrooms and large backyard we had plenty of space to spread out and have a relaxing weekend away. Pet friendly and easy to have our dogs with secure fenced in yard. Location easily accessible to foreshore walking track into town and quiet location.
1 bathroom makes it a little tricky with bigger groups but can make it work.
Great place to go if looking to stay with larger groups.
For a visitor from NSW, Inverloch came as a very pleasant surprise. 3 Beach Street was an ideal place to stay, conveniently close to beach, shoreline and shopping and was a secure property for those wanting a pet-friendly stay in a relaxing environment.

Great location, poor cleanliness
I realise that this was a dog friendly house however, it needs to be human friendly first. The floors were filthy and the place had a rather overwhelming aroma. There were still someone else's dirty towels lying around and hair in the sink. It could certainly use a little TLC. Old I can deal with, run down and dirty, not so much. Also, be aware that you need to provide your own linen, which to the hosts credit, she did try to accommodate after hearing this was a problem for us. Great location but a total let down on cleanliness. Sorry Anne.
The location is good and the bed was comfortable. But the property was not very clean, the couches were uncomfortable and the house had a terrible smell. It smelt like dog or cat wee and the carpet had lots of stains.
The property was clean, spacious, well equipped with lots of windows and doors, a large fenced garden for our pooch and good shady street location. Really enjoyed it, was very relaxing after a tough year. Would choose it again. Thank you!
Nice 3 bedroom house that is a 3 minute drive or 12 minute walk into town. 2 minutes down to the beach. Nice big open lounge and dining room with an open plan kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable. Split system air-conditioner worked well to warm up the room. Overall a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Practical & ace location
When booking a pet friendly holiday home, you know it’s never going to be a flashy, sparkly clean home. Instead, it is practical (separate living areas was ideal with teenagers) and we loved the location. Minutes walk to the beach. Bath room is very old fashioned though and we couldn’t get the heater and tv to work in the front living space.
Great position, short walk to beach and town center. Comfortable and great for a pet

great location BUT cleanliness of house was average
house was in great location close to beaches and short walk to main street shops etc. the house itself was a good set up with separate areas for kids and adults. But the house stunk as soon as you walked in the door of stale musty carpet. The air conditioner put out a wee smell for the first 2 hours of operation. The beds and doonas were disgusting, covered with hair and stains. There is no way the house was cleaned before we arrived. The wheely bins were full to the brim with rubbish on arrival (had to ask neighbours to use theirs).
Every couch in the house was uncomfortable to sit on.
and the plants along the driveway needed pruning as they scratched the hell out of our car every time we left the house. Couldn't leave most of the windows open at night as the fly screen were torn. There was no condiments (Coffee, oil etc) and the bbq was gross also.
this house has so much potential with a little love a few $$ spent on it.
An excellent location for beach access and great space for a big family and dog.
This place is a perfect beach house with everything you need to relax. Great for small children and a dog. The house could benefit from some more thorough cleaning.

Okay Short Stay
First thing is the smell when you first step in the property. The carpet was old. The sofas were not comfy to sit on. The cleanliness was ok.
Would definitely stay again. A great house in a quiet location. Everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The two living areas are perfect for children and adults.
